Vector Air Reviews

Great company really quick with their delivery and quality products, only one gripe I spent about £600 and missed one small part that they should have said I needed to fit the bipod to the rifle , when i rang they charged me £5 to send a £3 part , you would have thought good customer service would have sent it to me as it would have fitted in a first class envelope

Great scope and fast delivery in well rigid box

Very helpfull in all ways ,spoke to Julie who helped me a lot as i was a novice ,easy to order online ,everything was exsplained to me i had no problems at all fair prices and good delivery ,will use again.

Amazing Scope for the money, very happy. Great service from these guys and brilliant support, always a fast dispatch.
Highly recommended

Having owned this brand of rings for a while and found them to be excellent - I fell foul of the cursed dovetail width inconsistency. My AA HFT500 has a narrow dovetail and the standard 30mm rings fitted perfectly so expected the variable height rings to fit perfectly - my mistake they were too wide and would not grip the rail!! So I had to pay the postage to return them for a full refund.

Unbeatable product, price & service 👍👍

Very helpful and understanding to someone new.

great comms and very quick delivery. excellent price.

I normally buy most of my shooting equipment from Vector Air and they’ve always provided excellent service, so I’d usually rate them 5 stars. Unfortunately, this purchase was a huge disappointment.

I bought a brand-new Epic Vision air rifle, but on its very first outing the magazine continually jammed, making the rifle unusable. For a premium-priced rifle, this was completely unacceptable and certainly not the level of quality I was expecting.

To be fair to Vector Air, they handled the return professionally and issued me with a full refund without any problems. My disappointment is with the product rather than the customer service. I hope the manufacturer addresses these quality control issues because it has the potential to be a great rifle, but my experience was extremely poor.

Easy transaction and stock availability.Affordable price. Fast delivery .Highly recommended

I Picked the wrong pistol for me. They exchanged it for something more suitable with no issues whatsoever. Friendly advice and instruction.

So far as I can tell, Vector Air do seem to be highly reliable for price and quick delivery. Two purchases in, and things have been very excellent!

Vector air was a bit slow on delivery compared to most retailers these days.

I did however receive my order and it was exactly as described - they would have got 5 stars if they had been able to keep up with the majority of retailers. I suppose we are spoilt by next day or 2 day delivery in most cases.

Brilliant service from purchase to delivery, definitely recommend, many thanks 👍

Easy to order with quick well packaged delivery

I was dealt with efficiently, and very helpful management, understanding.

Fantastic customer service. A special thanks to Julie who guided me through the purchasing process and could not have been more helpful.
And to Craig for a seamless delivery.
Highly recommended.

I had an issue with mice in my flat, i found this business via Google and ordered the UX SPA 60. The delivery was fast, the in person ID check service was quick and the price for what i needed the item for was on point. I would buy my next upgrade from Vector Air again, recommend them.
