He didn't try to push things I do not need so he could keep working on it for his desire to get paid more. He did not drag it out again for his purpose. This is huge in my eyes. Having fallen for a computer scam, I feel so fortunate to have found Jerry. His obvious expertise and calm manner gave me confidence that any cybersecurity problem would be fixed, and now his software continues to protect my computer.
