Quiero agradecer especialmente a Ozan

Quiero agradecer especialmente a Ozan, el asistente médico que me acompañó durante mi operación de trasplante capilar. Desde el primer momento mostró una gran profesionalidad y cercanía, lo que me hizo sentir tranquilo y en buenas manos. Su trato fue siempre amable, atento a cada detalle y dispuesto a responder a todas mis dudas con paciencia y claridad.

Gracias a su apoyo, la experiencia fue mucho más llevadera y positiva. Sin duda, la calidad humana y profesional de Ozan marcó la diferencia en todo el proceso. ¡Muy agradecido por su dedicación y excelente atención!

Recomand clinica Vega ân toate domeniile medicale.

ÂN LUNA MARTIE M-AM ADRESAT LA SERVICIILE CLINICII VEGA DE LA ISTAMBUL SI AM FOST MULTUMITA DE ACEASTA EXPERIENTA.Era foarte profesional organizat totul nu mam neliniştit penru nimic , am decis operația penrtu corectarea vederii cu lentile de la Ryner şi totul a fost cum spus a durat 20 de minute şi am scapat de toate problemile oftalmologice pe viața .Cred ca e minunat !🥰Mersi la tot collectivul care mia daruit o privire si vedere noua !Recomand cu toata sinceritatea Clinica Vega!

Unprofessionalism

At the end of February, I underwent liposuction and abdominoplasty with Dr. Baris Altayli at the Health Agency Clinic in Turkey. The clinic promised an experienced specialist, but in reality, I received a terrible result. I paid around €6000 for the procedure.

After the surgery, I was left with a huge scar in the shape of the letter W, located too high — at waist level. This scar cannot be hidden under regular underwear or low-rise clothing, which severely affects appearance and causes psychological discomfort.

The liposuction was done very poorly: some areas of my body were completely ignored, and in the treated areas, the skin became uneven and bumpy, with adhesion formation.

I tried to contact Dr. Baris Altayli for two months. During an online consultation, he claimed the surgery was “perfect,” refused to acknowledge the problems, called me a liar, and eventually hung up on me.

I consulted six plastic surgeons from different countries — all confirmed that the surgery needs to be redone.

The clinic ignores my complaints and does not take responsibility for the quality of the work. The patient is absolutely unprotected in such situations.

My advice is to carefully research your doctor, their experience, and results, and not to blindly trust clinic promises. Don’t allow your body to be used as an experiment.
