Disappointing gift !
Whilst there is a good variety of vegan chocolate, it is over priced for what you get. I ordered some easter treats for my son, who is vegan and I felt disappointed when the package arrived. Loose Lindt balls....Why cant they be in a box? I am almost embarrassed to give these as a gift and will probably buy a nice box to use. Come on Vegan Town you can do better surely ??

It's very frustrating when we get reviews like this Josie, because the title of the Lindt balls literally includes the words 'Loose, Individually Wrapped' and for some reason you thought they'd be boxed?

Great selection for Easter
Great selection of dairy free Easter chocolates for my little one with CMPA. I didn't know half of the products existed before I came across this site. Will definitely use again. Good delivery and nicely packaged!

Order chococolates on the 22nd of Jan. All items in stock however just received an email today that they have just posted them. Mrs birthday tomorrow so order will be late. No explanation as to why a delay. Really poor service. Feel let down

Hi there, I'm sorry your order was delivered two days later than advised. Unfortunately we were short staffed that week and weren't able to get things sent out as speedily as we usually do. I can see that we did send you an email apologising and asking how we could make it up to you, you replied that a complimentary gift would be acceptable. We then sent an expensive gift to you with apology note, however you did not respond to further emails from us after taking the free gift and sadly did not feel it appropriate to amend your review of our service either.
