I won $80 from the free plays I got, I think it was .50. I cashed out on Friday the 13th and got it today which is Monday. I've seen so many bad reviews I didnt think I would get squat. But I did, maybe I'm just lucky? Who knows. Customer service has been great too. I think yall are high.lol

If you check your bank statement, you should see that nothing went through. All gameplay during that window was based on demo credits.

I'm not even sure what happened. I made purchases, won and put in for a redemption, it just sat pending and now today my account has been reset. I don't see any charges from them. All I can think is that they are either collecting credit card data or don't have their shoot together.

New player, site looks legit as others, buy the $20 pack for $50 and won $100. Submit my verification and until today was waiting for about 2 weeks only to login today and all my account has been reset. No pending redeemtions and my info is gone. Glad I only put $20. Definitely a scam.

If i could give it a negative star rating i would. At first it seems like a good site,they use a template very similar to another with a very simlilar name.....but dont be fooled,this is absolutely fake. For about a month I played with no issues,claimimg daily bonus,spinning said bonus with some success. Thought it was legit so i bought a package for 20 and got 50.....and then it began. I can still collect dailies,spin for gc,but every/any slot I pick says "currently unavailable,please try later or choose another slot". A dozen or so emails and a few messages on insta with no response what-so-ever. Cannot believe they are able to get away with such blatant robbery.

I had already closed my account but if I can reopen it and get the redemption I would definitely play some more and change the review rating. Hi Jonathan. Before March 11, Vegas Bonanza was in demo mode, so no real payments were processed and the promo package didn't result in an actual charge to your card. The KYC system also wasn't actively processing during that period.
All of that is up and running now. If you'd like to revisit things, just sign up fresh and you'll see the verification goes through properly.
