Fraud Alert – Beware of Vehicle Care, Garage 24, and Ravi
I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Vehicle Care and their associated garage, Garage 24. Initially, they told me the repair would cost ₹30,000. Later, they called and increased it to ₹50,000. Eventually, I was charged a total of ₹78,000 — without any clear explanation.
Throughout this ordeal, Ravi, the person handling my case, kept promising that I’d receive a good insurance claim. They even arranged for an "insurance expert" to explain the process. Based on that discussion, I was told I’d get ₹55,000 through the claim.
After making me wait for 5 months, they casually informed me that I won’t be receiving any money at all. This was after countless follow-ups, wasted time, and complete mental exhaustion.
I tried reaching out to Vehicle Care customer support, but received no help or accountability. My emails and calls were ignored, and no one cared once the payment was made.
This feels like nothing short of a fraud. I regret trusting them, and I strongly warn others not to fall into the same trap. Avoid Vehicle Care, Garage 24, and Ravi at all costs — they are unprofessional, misleading, and dishonest.
