Order never received - was told i can have a 10% refund ! Scam company - you have 60 days to dispute a credit card debit which i did and got all my money back - i think they know this and try and stall until the 60 days passes - do not buy from them!

Do not buy from this company.
They dispatched a cheap copy of a cat 3D blanket which can be purchased elsewhere at a quarter of the price.
No customer service.No response for a refund.
Not even worthy of one star

I placed an order on the 21st of November and have yet to receive it !
I have contacted Veldora 3 times and have not had any form of response to date ( 8th December ). I feel this is poor customer service.

I ordered size US9.5, paid AUD$119 for them. I received size US10.0. I sent about 5 emails stating the problem and received no replies. Finally on the 6th email (over 3 weeks), I got a reply asking what the problem was. (I had sent photos of the wrong size to them). I replied and waited another 2 weeks or so for a reply.
I finally got an email stating that half sizes were NOT a warranty and they would not replace them, They even went as far as suggesting it wear thicker socks. Oh My God, is that such poor service or what!!.
The shoes are such a bad fit all I can do is pass them in to Good Samaritans and hopefully someone else might enjoy them.

I purchased a pair of shoes from a website that seemed to be UK-based, as it listed prices in GBP without any mention of international shipping. However, the shoes arrived more than two weeks late, shipped from China, and were both undersized and very poor quality. They were not boxed and smelled of cheap plastic.

Upon requesting return information and a refund I have heard nothing back from repeated emails. They say on website 100% defund. Lies. I will have to report them

When I requested a refund, I was told to return the item to a residential address in Canada—completely inconsistent with the origin of the shipment. This return address was not disclosed in their return policy, nor is it clear whether it’s a legitimate business location. I’ve raised these concerns multiple times, and although the company read my emails immediately, they chose to ignore them.

I have now filed a dispute with my bank and am reporting the matter to Action Fraud and Trading Standards. This experience has been disappointing and stressful—I strongly caution others to avoid this retailer.
