This site is a scam!! I ordered and no product ever came. The “Owner”, Riley, replied to my support email and said it was being expedited because they were behind. No product ever came… I asked for a refund by company but they will not reply. BBB needs to get involved! Working on it.

I paid for a product that arrived and was fake. For sale on Amazon for a few pounds not £23. Photos on their website are not what you receive. I’m going to try to get my money back through the bank as no reply from the company

I ordered my set of lashes on 10/26 with a BOGO deal and was supposed to be 7 to 15 business days. I inquired via email with no response two weeks after without a tracking number provided for me yet. All I had was a purchase confirmation number. I got no response with only an email to reach out to. Days after that email I finally received an email for tracking 3 weeks after ordering! It had not even left main land in China for shipping or was ever received there until 11/9! It took 10 business days alone for them to receive the order?! I watched my tracking and it was not until 11/23 that it arrived! 20 business days and 27 whole days it took. When I opened the package it was NOT what I ordered with the white cosmetic eyelash holder with them placed on either sides of the inner holder as advertised. They were in a cheap black cosmetic holder and they were stationed on a flat glittery inside.
They did not clip on my lashes, even when facing the correct directions and did not adhere to my lash line, but went straight across and did not conform to my eyelid and were stiff and not flexible. The lashes looked completely different than advertised! This has got to be one of the worse scams in beauty advertising!! COMPLETE SCAM! Don’t buy them and waist your time and money!

They don’t work! Don’t waste your money! They don’t stick to your lashes, and if they did they would be too thick and over the top, not natural looking, don’t believe the fake video and pictures on their ad. Total rip off, I would return them only other people on here have not received their refunds so is there any point? Steer well clear

Velleara lashes do not work! And when asked for a refund as per their website you do not get a full refund. They only give you 50% back and it takes months and months to get this. They say they have refunded but not that confident that it will show.
Only 50% refund as they say they do not have a return shipping.
But you need to return to get full refund????
Lashes do not stick together and hold in place

j'ai demandé une facture suite à l'achat, je ne l'ai jamais reçu....Comment utiliser la garantie dans ce cas?

Very disappointed with this website.
I ordered a $48 product and the quality was far below what was advertised. When I complained, they promised to refund 60% of my money — but it’s been over a week and I haven’t received anything.
They are unresponsive and unreliable. I would not recommend buying from this site. You’re better off shopping with a more trustworthy company that values its customers.

Horrible. Horrible. Do not buy! They got back to me after the magnetic lash broke after one time trying to put it on and promised partial refund but no response. Reached out many times and no response. Avoid. Very cheap and they do not honour the 90 day guarantee

Scammers! I bought the exact same set for €3,50 on SHEIN.

Not impressed. I was impressed by the advert and very disappointed with the product. Lashes are cheap and not as advertised extremely thick and look very cheap. I can’t use these at all. Don’t waste your money.

DO NOT purchase from this company!!!
1. The product was not as shown. Way heavier lashes.
2. Offered to refund me half the amount if I keep the lashes.
3. I returned the lashes and they have never refunded anything.
4. Haven't responded to my emails.
I spoke directly with Riley the founder & am not impressed with this company at all! Purchase lashes elsewhere!!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM - I would have put 0 stars if I could. Bought the 12 hour lip stain (buy 1 get 1 free) What I received (to the wrong address) were two very small, generic branded lip stains, completely the wrong colour, total misrepresentation online. Contacted immediately with photos, my original order details etc. absolutely no response. It’s a complete scam, I urge people not to fall for it. I will be taking it further because this company is despicable.

I ordered the 12 hour lip stain. What a joke. Not only did it take almost a month to receive the order, but what I got was nothing like the advertising. It was about 1/3 the size and it was a cheap generic brand. I emailed the company about the order and was apologized to and told to send pictures. That was the last response I got. NEVER order from this company. They are a scam. Switch and bait.

I ordered 2 pairs of magnetic lashes. The picture on the website showed a beautiful case, with a mirror. While I got a cheap case with clear lid. I tried to use them but they had no shape and look horrendous.
I have emailed them twice to return them, with no response. Don’t fall for the social media ads. This company is a scam.
