Order arrived in good time; sizing off meant too large - contacted Velo Store but no reply from them. Won’t be troubling them with any future orders.

Correct part that couldn't find in the UK.
Easily ordered and fast shipping, arrived within 3 days

Ordered a Rudy Project helmet. Customer service answered a few pre-order questions I had immediately, they also informed me there would be a 6 day delay before dispatch (presumably waiting for stock to arrive). Helmet was dispatched 6 days later and arrived 2 days after dispatch (France to UK). Amazing service from start to finish and Vélo Store kept me informed every step of the way. Would definitely use again!

The website is a .co.uk website but the company is based in France. I was aware that I would have to pay postage to return an item but not that I would have to pay almost double the cost of postage for customs. Around £50 in total to return one pair of shoes. When I tried to raise the issue with customer services by telephone there was simply a message in French with no option to speak to a person or leave a message and two emails so far have remained unanswered.

Fair price, had the product in stock in the colour and size. I wanted, unlike most of the competition.
No hesitation in using Velo Store in the future.

Having ordered the wrong size cycle shoes we attempted a return. The Velo Store wouldn't provide a return label, so it remained for us to return the shoes ourselves, which we were happy to do so. Unfortunately, returning products back to France isn't as easy as it sounds. The Royal Mail expects you to state a value of goods, which we did - £160. This resulted in a postage cost of almost £70 - mainly due to export tax. There is no way around this unless the seller provides a return label which despite us offering to pay up front for one, the Velo Store would not provide a return label. Hence it is not worth taking the risk of buying products from this company in the event you need to return or exchange them. Too risky, don't bother!!

I noticed many Velo store websites online, with most reviews originating from the US showing mixed experiences. I decided to order Assioma Favero Duo pedals from the UK, which were considerably cheaper than competitors, despite the £26 delivery charge bringing the total up. Even with shipping costs, the price remained significantly better than elsewhere.
Delivery exceeded expectations—the pedals arrived two days earlier than the originally advertised timeline. Tracking was excellent throughout, handled by FedEx, providing reliable updates from dispatch to delivery.

Based on this positive experience, I would order from them again.
