Missold. Ordered the starter kit which showed photograph of blusher, bronzer, highlighter, eyeshadows, separate foundation, kabuki brush and make up brush. Only received the basic box without foundation, kabuki brush and make up brush. Customer service shocking. Be careful what you order!

Guys. Dont buy from these. I bought the baked make up set which was supposed to be with 2 brushes and a separate pot of highlighter. Only the palette came. They won’t respond, won’t let me return. Save yourself the hassle and go to someone else

Do not buy from this Company. Fake site & fake goods, impersonating the Laura Gellar brand. Received partial order, make up certainly is not LG. When contacted no reply, you have been warned, stay away !!

I thought I was ordering Laura Geller. What arrived was nothing like it. Demonstration and picture were of the Laura Geller product. What was delivered and only in part was nothing like it! Please don’t order. Wasted £90 pounds.

I recently ordered from what appeared to be a legit Laura geller site, sadly it was not but found put too late, received a partial order and tried to contact customer service ( good luck ) they ignore u like a pouting toddler. Ive emailed several times, now I will try to refuse payment thru my credit card. Plz do not buy from thos company there is absolutely NO support.

I wish I’d checked the reviews before I parted with my money. Only the palate turned up in the post. There’s no indication on the packaging to say what shade it is. I ordered ‘fair’ and hoped it wouldn’t be too dark! This is not a palate for ‘fair’ skin at all.

I have emailed them using the email on the ‘contact us’. However, I’m not holding my breath for the reply. I’ll just mark it up as an expensive lesson!!

Ordered a Laura Geller product. I thought it strange that they used another shipping contact. I asked in emails twice if this was a Laura Geller palette or a Chinese rip off...no response. Shady dodgy Chinese company. DO NOT USE

These products are not Laura Geller as advertised also they do not even send the products that you ordered. This set was supposed to come with 2 free brushes and a extra powder foundation, these are not included in my delivery and it's £28 for basically a temu makeup set. The box is all cheap and squashed. Fuming is an understatement. Of course there is no one to contact to raise the issue. Money lost, you've been warned..... DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. HERE.

The advertising is misleading. The advert said it was a Laura Geller product, which it is not! My order arrived today. I am so disappointed. I received a poor quality make up in a completely different pallet to the one advertised, without all the advertised items. Very deceiving. They do not deserve a star.

Never again. I do not recomme d buying from this company. Customer service slow and not helpful.
The advertising is misleading. The advert said it was laura geller and I received poor quality make up pallette wirhout all the advertised items. Ive requested a refund 3 times to no avail.

I did not even want to give them 1 star - awful company - fraudulent advertising and poor quality product. I did not receive all the products shown. I am awaiting a response to my complaint however having read the reviews here (far too late) I do not expect any help from them. Disgusting company, dreadful product.
