I couldn’t recommend Vencer more. We undertook a complete, major renovation of my 1920’s 2 bed bungalow to a 4/5 bed home adding a second story and new roof pitch. Only 3 external walls left from orig... Toon meer

Vencer construction wrap around extension
Vencer construction did a large one storey wrap around extension on our home in the Heath.
The project was well run on a tight timeline, with the normal building challenges you’d expect really well managed by the team. The quality of the build and finish were excellent.
Tom, Dave and all the members of the team were great guys and we’d definitely recommend them. Joe and Katie

Single storey rear extension and internal renovation project
Vencer Construction recently completed a large, single storey rear extension and internal renovation project at our Victorian property. From the moment of the initial consultation onwards, Thomas, David and the wider team were professional, transparent and honest. They worked closely with my wife and I throughout the six-month project, with regular update meetings, site walkthroughs and prompt identification and troubleshooting of any issues that arose. The standard of finish was second to none, with excellent attention to detail and careful preservation of the original features of the property. We couldn’t be happier with the end product and would not hesitate to recommend Vencer to anyone considering an extension or internal renovation project.

David and Tom’s team carried out the renovation and extension of our property. Their team priority throughout every stage of the project was to ensure we were happy with their standard of work. If we raised any concerns, David resolved them without question. So please are we with Vencer that I have recommended my son employ them for his extension.
