Ordered a key that didn't initially work but the associate Saikat emailed me back within the hour and it was sorted out by morning. Giving a 5 because the value was worth the slight hassle.

Lamia was AMAZING in helping me. Stayed with me the whole time even though I was the one that made the first mistake. Was super helpful, provided me with instructions and was quick to make changes when things didn't work.

Bought a key which did not work - Fixed
Bought a key which did not work. Messaged them in chat, agent (Israt) got back to me after a few hours, after supplying the requested proofs, a new key was supplied which works now. It's just annoying that it did not work from the start

Best Bootleg Windows Key You're Going to Find
I ordered a key that didn't work, I talked to customer service which was super easy. I talked to ISRAT and we tried different keys until eventually I got one that worked. They upgraded my key to the Windows 11 Pro version on them for the inconvenience. These keys are obviously shady, as they would be from any other website, but the customer service is one-of-a-kind.

1 to a 5
Initially I was going to score it poorly, as the key I was initially given was already used. However my service associate Lamia was incredibly quick and helpful after 3 quick verification steps my windows was active with no issues at all. I do appreciate the exemplary service, and quick responses!
