accidently bought the wrong key used their live chat and Sid did an awesome job helping me out.

Had a key from them not work, but within seconds of chat was given a new key that worked perfectly. Thanks Sid!

The first key I received after buying Windows 11 Pro was already used on a different device. I reached out to support and within 15 minutes received a response. Sid helped me and gave me a second key, which unfortunately did not work as well for a different reason. I replied and within seconds my message was read and I got a response. The next key they gave me worked just fine! A little hassle, but I'm satisfied. Only time will tell if this key is good.

Had activation issue
Sid issued new product id and new activation in minutes

Initially when i purchased the product i had an error with activation. I contacted support and ISRAT was extremely helpful. made the whole process very easy to get resolved within minutes if not seconds.
