Customer Service Experience
The first Windows 11 Pro key I purchased didn't work (said it had already been activated) so customer service agent Lamia quickly got me a replacement key. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and the new code worked fine. Glad that it was able to be fixed so quickly!

First key didnt work
First key didnt work, said already used. If that happens to you, just go to their website and look for the "Live Chat" on the bottom left of their help page. Their help agent, Sid, immediately provided another key that worked fine.

Key issue after wait to repair hardware resolved in minutes
After a major hardware failure around 5-ish months prior to this review, in which I had a gruelling wait for RMA/replacements on my Motherboard, CPU, Ram and PSU. I ran into an issue where windows themselves were unable to discern why my original key, purchased here nearly exactly a year before the incident, was registered as no longer valid. After brief communication with Windows themselves, they expressed that I should reach out to the seller directly and separately. In which I did, and as nearly as fast as I reached out, ISRAT responded, issued a replacement key, solving the issue as of now, and hopefully in the foreseeable future.
