I have found the IMPERO BLUE SILVER SILK COTTON JACQUARD LUXURY CHINESE BEDDING SET to be absolutely beautiful and feels like silk to the touch, it is luxurious and rich in colour and comfort. I would definitely recommend all the bedding that Venetto offer to be the best ever products and will be ordering more in due course.
I ordered 2 x other cranberry coloured bedding set which has washed and worn well.
The service from the sales team has been exemplary.. they are so helpful and supportive.. especially as I’m not too knowledgeable of IT ordering systems, so they directly sent the ordering mailing attachment to me.. such a great service.

Ordering cutlery from Veneto Design was a very positive and happy experience. Amazingly, I received a reply always within 24 hrs if not faster - even on weekends. All enquiries were handled professionally and swiftly. My order did not conform the prepacked quantities, but this was quickly accommodated. Delivery was efficient and I was kept informed of the status until the parcel was here. The cutlery is truly beautiful. Recommended!

I have since changed this review, Venetto tried to resolve the issue and I finally did receive my products. I only give 3 stars because the delivery service was an awful experience. The product is great, so would have got 5 stars if not for DHL delivery. This is the problem when big delivery companies outsource their delivery to local self employed drivers.

Awful service. Ordered 3 full sets and the items were shipped.
The first time, DHL just didn't deliver on the day they stated.
The second time DHL said they had attempted to deliver, but hadn't as there were people home all day
The third time DHL were meant to deliver at a delivery point, nothing arrived on the scheduled day.
All I got from Venetto was a standard email offering no advice nor offering any solutions or investigation.

Don't waste your money here I have given up and asked for a full refund. Now Venetto can battle with DHL to get the product back! Good luck.

Google the pictures of the items they sell. They are sold elsewhere for wayyy cheaper. The exact same products.

I reached out to customer service because I didn't receive my package. My contact person was very friendly and supportive, starting an investigation with DHL and showing consistent willingness to help in the process of locating the package. When it was clear that it was lost, they sent a replacement immediately. I can't wait for my order as I have heard only great things about the quality of their products. Thank you to Athika for the kind support!

Very fast shipping, ordered on the 30th and got my package on the 31st, First impressions of the set of sheets is quite positive, they feel nice are the right size and were neatly packed.
Will only update after using them for a couple days if anything feels unpleasant, but for now they are great, color and feel are as expected. (100%bamboo)

I made a second order that I had a minor techinical issue with on the website, and the customer service was incredibly fast and helpful literally took a few minutes to respond and fix the issue, I do like to be petty when I am legitimately given a reason but not this time, they are great.

I bought two wall lamps. I received them and didn’t think the quality matched the price point. The company was very sympathetic and offered me a full refund, or 50% refund if I wanted to keep the lamps. This was long past the published refund period had expired. So five plus stars for customer service.

I initially gave one star because the bed set I bought didn't have the quality I wanted (I thought it was 100% cotton on both sides, but one side was of satin polyester).
I have to provide 5 stars now because:
1. They accepted to send it back, although the return period had been exceeded.
2. They offered the possibility to have the money reimbursed or to change the bed set with another set.
3. I have changed it with another one, and the quality has been the one I wanted!
They were flexible and correct, so, they deserve 5 stars!

J’avais commandé une parure de lit hors dimensions du site . Elle ne convenait pas. On m’a renvoyé aussitôt une parure aux bonnes dimensions et Venettodesign n’a même pas voulu que je renvoie celle qui ne convenait pas . Bravo . En plus très belle qualité et un visuelle exceptionnelle

Got my custom size rug from Venetto and it's perfect! Customer service was top notch, helped me through the whole process. Rug quality is A+, def will shop again.

Ordered bed sheets and chandelier. Bed sheets very decorative and nice, although sizing not exactly to UK size.
Only managed to put up chandelier few months after, however found crystals smokey and with multiple marks. Discussed and they offered an acceptable solution. Good response and trustworthy.

Although I had to cancel my order due to sizing issues with the bedding my experience with Venetto was excellent. Their customer service team were superb.

The bedding sets are not standard UK sizes but it is worth contacting Venetto direct as it appears that separate items instead of duvet cover sets can be ordered.

I would buy from them in future.

I have just received my silk duvet set and it is outstanding. I had a small issue with the order, due to my blunder, spoke to Venetto and I cannot praise the way Joseph handled and sorted it for me in minutes! Amazing customer service and absolutely beautiful product. Dr R Hoenderkamp

I ordered 3 Beautiful bedding sets for me and my mom and had a little caution that they might not look the same in real.
I was wrong all the sets are extremely beautiful and very done with quality fabrics. The embroidery is done very well and the cotton is extremely soft.
Each set came in a beautiful black box with a logo printed on top.
