Venombattlegear Reviews

Excellent quality for double stitching, fast delivery and good support.

Great quality and speedy service. Will use again.

The shop responded to my query in a timely manner. There were clear guidelines on how to get the design to them. The price is very reasonable and the product came out perfectly.
So yeah overall just very good service. The only downside is royal mail delivery but that's on me for cheaping out and not choosing another delivery option.

The quality of my product was top notch and the timing of when it was delivered was incredible. The person i spoke to about my product was extremely nice. 10/10 would definitely shop with again

Great customer service and super fast delivery!

A very professional service. A friendly gentleman (I'm sorry I can't remember your name as I am terrible at remembering names) called me to make sure I was happy with them making some tweaks because the size of the art wasn't quite right (which was my bad. I will put my hands up and say I am not well versed in resizing images). I received the mat quickly after the phone call and I was very happy with the result and the quality. I will definately use this service again.
Thank you so much!

Incredibly impressed with my custom playmat. Printing is high quality and has withstood play over the last few months. The playmat is thick so needs a larger tube, but it feels very nice. Would recommend

Great communication, fast delivery, great quality.

The mat is super high quality, the art came out perfectly and everything was done rapidly.

Such a great vendor!

Playmat arrived quickly and was exactly like the image I uploaded. Very happy with service.

Very quick service.
Called me to confirm details and dimensions and even adjusted it for me.
Absolutely worth it and would use again

Ordered a custom playmat, when ordering I uploaded the wrong image, then I spammed the order with the correct image, I then spammed their mailbox with the correct image. I must have been the most annoying customer yet. But they responded quickly, politely, and produced such a quality product. The colours in the print are excellent. It was a special gift for a friend with a collage of photos on it, which can be tricky to print clearly, but I have to stress how perfectly it came out.
I cannot stress how much I recomend venom battle gear, whatever graphic you give them, it will come out perfect.
(Speed and delivery was fast and efficient too).

Good product and good customer service!

Amazing quality and customer service, got a call about some issues with my uploaded image and some possible solutions and it was sent out the next day.

Excellent communication, fantastic service and very quick delivery. I had the perfect experience.

Ordered a custom playmat, printed stitched edges, it is perfect. Quality is amazing, shipping was perfect, highly underrated site for UK based TCG items. Would recommend to absolutely anyone.

Simon was amazing, he reached out when my artwork wasn't perfect measurement and he gave me his expert opinion and some options!

The quality of the playmat is really high quality and everything I wanted!

Definitely would use again!

Generally a great quality playmat, easy to port over the image for it and arrived at my door very fast.
Very happy with my purchase

Quick and cooperative communication for a nessicary redesign, fast shipping and affordable for a high quality custom map. A web preview of uploaded prints to account for how colours change when printed would be great as an addition though.
