Great attention to detail and a real sense they wanted to help and support us
We had a problem finding someone to insure our event- an auction - but vento took the time to understand the complications - and we appreciated this. I think as a young company they really want to get things right - they don’t make you feel that you are at the mercy of “computer says no” attitude that we kept running up against. I hope they keep their fantastic customer service and will def use them again. I don’t usually leave reviews but when I was looking into options I read something from someone about a bad phone call - and am writing this now because our experience was so completely different - I felt that was unfair and wanted to say we had a completely different experience!

Nice low quote but
Nice low quote, but I had a problem with one of the questions. Rang the only number I could find on their website ( the complaints team ). Answered by a surly voice, no name or company name. Sounded like I had just woken him up at 10am. 'cant help you, suggest you get in touch with your broker' ( which i do not have). Dread to think what happens if i had a real problem or a claim !

Pubic liability insurance at the click of a button with easy to understand terminology and frictionless fulfilment and a more complicated coverage for the art whilst the exhibition was on, expertly handled by the Vento team.
