From my first meeting with Venturi, despite being in a non-recruitment context, I realised they were an agency who were actually willing to understand my situation and the value I brought to my field. One I was looking for a new role, Mark, the consultant with whom I worked closely, placed some outstanding roles in front of me; I ultimately found a great fit, which I accepted. I was sent an email via my (current) works email address - which is not shared on LinkedIn. This email is also monitored by the company. I do not find this very professional and will not be dealing with this company due to this. If you want to communicate with someone DO NOT use their works email address.

Connor Evans (Manchester office) emails me with unsolicited, mass-mailed, generic rubbish. Claims my company's existing recruitment partner isn't as good as him. Claims to have taken me off his mailing list. Only to email me again with the same mass-mail a few days later. Unprofessional and they obviously have no issue with lying to you. Avoid.

Edit: The company has replied and I don't believe them either. Besides the lazy excuse, there is no "unsubscribe" button in Connor's emails.

Das Kontaktenetzwerk des Unternehmens ist prima mit dem technischen Verständnis der freundlichen Mitarbeiterin verknüpft.

Ein Kennenlerngespräch hat ausgereicht, um passende Kunden und Projekte vorzufiltern. Letztendlich war die Trefferquote so gut, dass ich kurzfristig aus mehreren Projektanfragen auswählen durfte.

Von der organisatorischen Seite fühle ich mich im nun laufenden Projekt gut aufgehoben. Fragen zu Verträgen usw. werden verständlich und unkompliziert beantwortet. Erreichbarkeit ist wunderbar und gerade abends, wenn ich mal Luft habe noch gegeben.
