This is a very late review, but we were more than happy and impressed with our purchase from Mimosa Flowers last summer. Our daughter had just moved to Manchester for grad school and we wanted to send her some flowers. We had no knowledge of any local florists as we are from the U.S., but feel so fortunate to have chosen Mimosa Flowers. The service was beyond anything we could have expected. The order was delivered in record time, the arrangement was stunning, and their customer communication was superb, including a video of the flowers! They even emailed and asked if I’d like to add a card message! Most importantly, our daughter was delighted with the flowers and they were top quality as they lasted so much longer than expected. So thankful to have found a wonderful florist we can rely on to send a little love to our daughter who is so far away. Thank you Mimosa!

I received a beautiful tied bouquet from my brother and sister in law who live in Surrey. The colours and selection of flowers are outstanding. I look forward to enjoying them during my birthday week.

Used Mimosa for the first time and I was really impressed with the quality of flowers and the service received. I only ordered the evening before and they were delivered the following afternoon to my daughter who had just started at Manchester Uni. The video clip of the flowers was great to see as well. Will definitely be using again. Excellent!!

I use this florist regularly and they never let down. The floral arrangements are beautiful and they send you video clip of the flowers before they deliver them. Great Service!

Easy and quick to use website. Flowers were delivered in about 3 hours of being ordered. Absolutely beautiful arrangement and excellent quality flowers. Recipient delighted. Short video of the flowers I received before they were delivered was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I simply cannot rate this florist highly enough. Within a couple of hours of taking my order, a beautiful bouquet was arranged, I received a video showing me the delightful arrangement so expertly put together and they were delivered for free! Such an excellent service providing a warm welcome to Manchester for my daughter who, leaving home, moved there today. I am sure she will be a regular customer having been on the receiving end of such a quality service. Thoroughly recommend.

All I can say used them twice and if I could give ten stars I would, the flowers were amazing and the customer service was carlsberg.

This is the first time we’ve used this company and from start to finish the level of service and attention to detail was second to none. We had to contact Liz to change the delivery slot and this was handled expertly and efficiently and the bouquet of flowers our daughter received was absolutely beautiful, thank you 🙏 .
