I signed up for a trial subscription and cancelled it before the trial period ended. However, I never received a cancellation confirmation.

A few months later, I discovered that my credit card had been charged every month for a Pro plan. Verbatik did not respond to my messages, and PayPal closed my refund case without resolving the issue.

Be cautious.

I've been charged for my subscription for seven months now. I can't access my account to cancel it, and I can't use the service because I can't log in due to some technical issue. Tech support isn't responding. Terrible service.

I was really surprised at just how good some of the voices are with speech generation. You can easily add tags to apply emphasis, pauses, and improve pronunciation to your speech, which allows you to achieve really impressive results. Great for video voice-overs and explainer videos.
There have been some recent additions which also allow you to create AI based content, such as photos, videos, and music. Overall, a very comprehensive set of tools to help with all sorts of creative industries.

Paid for a lifetime subscription when it was available. My account has now been deleted on their updated app. So "lifetime" means what - 1 or 2 years and we won't migrate your account to the updated platform and value you as an early user of our service.

Don't waste your time or money on this website.

Despite having contacted you twice about this matter, I have not received any response or resolution. This is deeply concerning, as I invested in lifetime access with the expectation of uninterrupted service.

I kindly request that you:

Investigate why my lifetime plan was removed.
Restore my account to its correct status immediately.

Provide an explanation for what happened.

The service is fine but canceling your subscription is impossible! There is no option to cancel as I have looked everywhere on my account profile. I have sent several emails to their support team requesting to cancel my account and I get absolutely no response. They keep trying to charge my credit card for their monthly fee, but luckily I use virtual numbers and locked my card assigned to them. Do not use!!!
