Verbatim takes away the guesswork when it comes to my translations. I feel confident in the materials I am creating and I know when there is an issue I can alway contact Rossanne with my questions.

I love this service because it does not require that you have a minimum amount of translation time to do business with them, which makes it perfect for a small business. The only issue is there have been instances with our bill someone else transaction was listed on our bill, but it is always resolved promptly. Great service!

Verbatim Solutions is a wonderful company to work with for all our translating needs. Everyone is very friendly and professional. We have not had any problems at all. Also, the rate charge per call is very reasonable.

I am really happy with the service I received from Verbatim. I received a quote from another company, got a second opinion from Verbatim and it was only a fraction of the cost. I was a little nervous about paying 1/2 up front, but all work was delivered as promised. I would definetely use this company again and recommend them in the future.

Verbatim is the best company for translation services. They are always quick to provide a quote and get the job started. If you need a rush delivery or not, they are always accommodating. The prices are very fair as well. It is a pleasure to be one of their customers!

We've been working with Verbatim for several years now, and have had excellent experience with them. Their pricing seems reasonable, their turnaround excellent, usually within the week. We've had the occasional misunderstanding, but they've been very quick to clear things up to our mutual satisfaction.

All deliverables are in-hand by the day he has promised, and all communications are promptly responded too. Often with only a couple of hours (which is a huge plus!)

It's been said that "actions speak louder than words" this can only be true when the words that are spoken are not put into action!
