Unable to book lessons
I had a problem where I was unable to book lessons with a particular teacher, and after discussing it with the teacher and reporting the problem to Verbling, the problem was resolved within a day or two, and I booked lessons the next day. The only problem was that the problem had occurred for several months and I was unsure if my teacher was even teaching lessons at the time (because the site told me he was unavailable for lessons).

I’ve been teaching on Verbling for 2 years now and I had no stress using it. Also, when I had a cashing out problem their support was quick and very helpful. I recommend using Verbling!

The specific rep I spoke with (Peter) couldn't do anything about a situation that in fact, I caused, but he still spoke in a reasoable tone and helped me see how I could prevent the issue in the future. That tone was much appreciated.

Paypal cash-out error fixed as promised!
I truly appreciated Peter's quick and proactive assistance. My particular problem concerned a failed cash-out from Verbling to my PayPal account.
I never once had to worry about how long the problem resolution would take because Peter provided me with the important details and an approximate timeline.

I set up three intro lessons and two teachers didn't show up
I set up three intro lessons and two out of three of the teachers didn't show up. One of them cancelled shortly before the lesson. One just didn't show up. It's impossible to speak to a human at customer service about getting a refund.
