All around bad experience
Couldn't connect with either employer or bank; uploaded manual pay stubs and bank statements, and it still doesn't accept them. Then connected to a support agent and asked them for assistance. They just kept telling me to retry linking my bank account and workplace application, despite me saying that my employer doesn't use a workplace application and that they need to manually review my pay stubs. They said there is no manual review process; luckily, the original place that directed me to this terrible 3rd party software could manually verify me.

The application doesn’t work correctly
The application doesn’t work correctly. When selecting certain options (ie no income documentation) it will not let you continue with the application. And at the end, when you can give a thumbs up or down if the process was easy, selecting the thumbs down doesn’t do anything, you can only select a thumbs up. And I was in the middle of a chat with a tech support who was reviewing the application, and when I select the thumbs up option (because I had no choice) I can’t return to the chat window. Terrible, all around.
