My review concerns Tina Kashi, who expertly answered my concerns, and gave me great relief in addressing my urgent issue. It is always a pleasure to deal with a courteous, professional person as Tina.

We started with $60,000 credit card debt. Their promise was to reduce the debt to $30,000. Over one yr later, after paying $1,000 a month the accumulated interest has increased the debt to 80,000. They charged $8,000 then negotiated the debt down to an estimated pay off of $42,000. Most of the accounts are still pending, and not being resolved. Very little progress has been made, and the interest continues to pile up. Meanwhile my Credit Score has only increase by 25 points. They have not met any of their promises.

Tina was awesome in getting me setup with my account! All questions were answered and she made the whole process easy to understand!

Learn from my mistake and run away from these guys as fast as possible! There is NO transparency, they do not tell the truth and you can't get the same answer from anyone! They will blatantly hide things that are important to you to get you to sign up! They will screw you over so bad they will force your hand to stay with them. They take NO accountability for their actions or what they promise but is a lie. They will cause you to be sued by every one of your creditors all while pocketing 33% of what your paying. They do NOT keep in contact with your creditors as they promise. They claim they sent a "letter of representation" and that is all they will Do. They only talk to creditors they want to settle with. Synchrony bank being their first priority. All the rest of the creditors can pretty much screw off and sue you til this company gets around to it. The longer they can postpone settlements and talking to the creditors, they more $ THEY pocket from you. When you go to collections then get sued YOU then are responsible for those extra costs all while they continue to pocket more $. Do the work yourself. Itll save you time, money, frustrations and constant lies. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN! My brother and I both have reported them to BBB due to their lies and shady practices.

Dose anyone really believe the reviews wake up and believe that in this instance they don’t completely fake, had to post 5 or it’s a delete

Tina did a great job in handling my situation. She was thorough yet not "longwinded." She listened well and I am very happy with her service from Verify!

He was really helpful in explaining everything that I needed to do.

I just signed up and Marylyn took very good care of me , she professional , thorough and when we’re done confirmed all my information and asked if there were any questions. She was very pleasant to deal with and my wife also signed up with her over a year ago.

I'm not sure how this company is going to work out for my debts yet as I just signed up for their program to settle my debt but customer service was outstanding Steve Ramos my consultant was very helpful in answering any questions I had thanks Steve Ramos and Verify Debt Solutions for helping in my time of need.

My credit score is in the trash and I still have all my debt.

Emon was very helpful and really was listening to me. You could tell me wanted to make sure that I understood everything well.
I also like his sense of humor as my husband and I were kind of bantering while he was on speakerphone.
He answers calls and messages in a timely manner.

This company had posted on my dashboard that one of my cards could offer a settlement as low as $688. This was still there even after the company would not go lower than $1325. That is a large difference. In addition I discovered one they made no effort contacting several of my accounts. One just sent me a court summons for the entire amount. It was filed 2100 miles away from where I live. I should be receiving another summons for another account. Verify Debt Solutions tanked my credit score. And have probably now left me with no choice but to file bankruptcy.

I talked to her for over 2 hours she was kind understanding helpful non judgmental and amazing to work with!

She really is gentle and easy going when she explains to you steps and really gives you hope and courage that your debt will be resolved.

I can not say enough good things about her!!

I just do not have enough compliments for Brandon Dagenais. I was so stressed out becuase of my debt and he thoroughly and knowledgeably explained to me my best option. He was consistently professional and we established a great rapport; I really appreciate his time and effort and I learned so much talking to him.
