What I purchased based on their website and what I received and ABSOLUTELY nothing in common. They show lovely 3 dimensional sweaters and you receive screen printed fabric. Same with their "quilted" totes, they are just screen printed. There "American Made" is a joke. The items ship from CHINA ! If I return, I have to pay return shipping fees and restocking charges!

They advertised their Christmas ornaments as 3D, pictures in the website were 3 D and they are cheap 2D printed pictures. Total crap for a high price. Total scam

Saw an ad for an attractive and distinctive tote bag, so I decided to order it for my wife for Christmas. I SHOULD have checked the company, Verlinn, first. What they showed in their advertisement was a quilted hand bag, quite nice looking. What I received, nearly a month and a half later, was a plain handbag, with no quilting at all.

So I decided to take advantage of their 30-day return policy. That is also a scam. The person(s) with whom I was working, claimed that there was nothing wrong with the bag; I got what I ordered. The cost to make the return was $20, which is 2/3 of what I paid for the product. I don't trust them at all, so I decided to forego the return and learned a lesson: check the company first!

The item was not as represented. It was not quilted and the image on the bag was broken up and screen printed very poorly. Overall cheap and bad quality. Delivery took weeks past the represented delivery time. The item was also listed as "Made in America" but was shipped from Shenzhen, China. Don't but from this company.

Same as most reviews. They show designer pictures and sell the cheapest quality junk that you find in dollar stores.
Today is 01/09/2026 and we ordered the “quilted” bags beginning of December for gifting. I would be embarrassed to gift this. Not worth more than $5 - 10.
Cheap plastic material printed poorly. Handles are not as pictured at all. Inside is cheap plastic with zipper attached that will not last.
This company should be pursued for scamming people.

The item was not as represented, it was not quilted but the picture was stamped on cheap cloth, the bag was not lined, the cloth was damaged by several threads that were pulled away from the cloth and left hanging, as well as white lines where the threads should have been. The package took over 30 days to arrive, too late for the holidays.

False advertising. Bags aren't quilted, they're printed.

Like every other person on here I was scammed. I was also surprised when my product was held up in customs from what I thought was an American company. Product looked too good for the price. Once received, the price was too high for the product.How a company like this gets on respectable websites to sell their crap is beyond comprehension.

This company is a scam! Do not buy anything from them and expect to receive it timely. The reviews of their products trash the quality . I can’t do that because I haven’t received my order and no communication. They represent themselves as a US company and US made but nothing about it US. There is nothing they represent that has been accurate to date. I paid via American Express, but somehow PayPal is involved in my dispute. I I don’t even have a PayPal account. Buyer beware!

Total scam!!! I purchased a beautiful, quilted elephant bag as a present for my wife. Instead of being quilted, they just printed a picture on a canvas bag and sent that. The bag MIGHT be worth $12, not the $30+ they charged me. Do not patronize these crooks!

To start I purchased two pairs of shoes.
1. They advertised as made in the USA, NOT TRUE for either pair.
2. Both pairs were advertised as leather. Only one pair is leather on the outer layer the inside is vinyl. The second pair is all vinyl or AKA Pleather.
3. They advertise the shoes as "Thick Soles" they are not thick soles.
4. I purchased these shoes on December 5, 2025 and they arrive December 31, 2025.
5. One pair of ankle high shoes are so tight at the opening I can barely get ball of my foot in. Had to stretch them out. Don't know how long they will las as they are the "Pleather" pair.
6. Returns are a nightmare. You have to pay shipping back to origin, China,

This website is deceptive. We bought 2 quilted bags. We thought they were beautiful. They have posted on their website that they ship 1-3 business days. When you receive a tracking # it can take up to 10 days to receive your order. They shipped a month later and what we received were not quilted bags. They were printed canvas bags. We ordered mid-November for Christmas. Items arrived December 30th. We will never order from this site again.

Don't buy from this company. Merchandise is misrepresented. I ordered 2 "quilted" tote bags and 1 Christmas ornament a month ago. The tote bags are canvas with the design printed on them, no quilting at all. The ornament is cheap plastic. Items come from China.

Don't have the ability to give it 0 stars, or I would. Ordered two tote bags December 3 for Christmas. Still don't even have a shipping confirmation so I have tried four times to cancel the order. Keep getting the same be patient auto reply. I am watching my bank account closely so I can dispute charge as I now know I will probably never see these items.

I ordered a tote bag as a Christmas gift on December 4th. I should have received a shipping notice within 2 weeks. It's now December 30th. I have not received my order and my three requests for an order status update were automated generic replies telling me to be patient.

SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROMThe items were not as represented. The totes were not quilted, wrong material and poor photo printing.
No communication from company despite sending 6 e-mails requesting shipping information or product defects.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Verlin. I thought they were a U.S. company and was surprised to find the product shipped from overseas.
Like the other people, who did not check the review, I lost money and time.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. It has been a month since I did order and my items have not even shipped yet. Customer Service just tells me to "be patient."

I ordered 3 quilted bags over a month ago and then a fourth a few days later. Christmas has come and gone and no bags. I sent an email to Customer Service — no response. This company needs to be shut down.

I would give zero star. It's been four weeks and the item did not even ship. Canned responses from the "customer service".

Anyone who ordered from this company and was scammed should dispute the charge with your credit card company. You should not pay for poor (or no) service.
