Waiting for 3 months already - on enquiry admitted supplier problems - did not get any answers yet.

This is obviously a scam company, they have no address or contact number, paid my money and never received any product. Got 1 email reply apologising for delay then silence 😡😡

I ordered a product at the beginning of May. Despite their confirmation of receipt of payment and their assurance that the product would be sent, 2 months later nothing has arrived and there has been no answer to the last 3 emails.

Placed an order like everyone else a week ago and have not heard from them since. As a precaution my bank cancelled my card and are issuing a new one and a dispute re the payment has been lodged with my bank.

These people must be reported. Have reported them to the CGSO (Consumer ombudsman) and NCC (National Consumer Commission)

Unfortunately also been scammed; payment was made, but never any delivery. Mail bounces from them as well. They should be investigated.

THIS IS A SCAM AND THIEVES. I paid them and to date NOTHING! They stopped responding to my mails. There is no way of communicating with them except through an e mail. The support e mail addresses used on their website doesnt work. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Scam, accept payment, say deliveries are imminent, then no further contact from them despite numerous mails.

No feedback of my order and no refund!! Dishonest company!!

Scam. Pay and never receive anything.

I ordered on 24 May and queried nondelivery on 6 June. The website states 6 business days for delivery.
Their response: "The delay is simply because we are waiting on a fresh batch of stock to come in, and we've been pushing our supplier daily".
When nothing happened I requested a refund on 25 June that had no response up until 25 July.
The product website still states:
In stock
Expected delivery in 3 to 6 business days.

I ordered a 3 month supply from them on the 24 May and only after I started querying things did they actually respond. They acknowledged “a supplier issue” but every email communication since, they have promised my order will be on its way. We are now 10 July and nothing has been received.

I have requested a refund but I suspect this won’t happen either.

My next step will be to approach the consumer council and also to lay a charge of theft / fraud with the police.

Bottom line is do not buy from this company - they should be removed from every platform and blacklisted as a scam

Update: as of 14 June they have not responded to my request for a refund despite having assured me they would over a week ago. It is safe to now assume they will no longer communicate with me and I will now hand things over to relevant authorities. I’m not sure if it will make any difference but at least they will be on the radar of law enforcement. Hopefully these negative reviews will prevent others from falling prey to their scam

Scam! Fraudulent website. Purchased from them and nothing has been delivered. They have refused to respond to my queries and there is no other contact info other than their email address. DO NOT purchase from them.

Shocking service. They seem quite happy to accept payment and then not deliver. Several weeks later my husband has still not received his order and no one gets back to him. Does this company even exist?

I am extremely disappointed in this company. I placed an order on 11 May and after several emails, still no goods. Nearly 2 months later. They aknowledged the receipt of the money with a lot of sweet talking, but this is unacceptable to treat a customer in such a way.

I paid and ordered on 28 May and have not had any updates on delivery.

I paid and have not had delivery with excuses being emailed to me when I ask for updates. I believe they are a scam
