Absolute criminals. Marcel Trik runs this and as far as I know he's the only manager. He only corresponds when he's threatening. Other than a threat once in a while from Marcel, verotel/yoursafe never respond. Again, they have not paid me for over a month but their merchant support automated site claims they've paid me all 5 payments that I don't have. There is no hold on my account, no issues, they just don't pay.
No customer service and they appear to be proud of it. But given that the internet is all fake, they can get away with it. Even trustpilot is fake as every review for verotel is one star but untrustworthypilot gives verotel 2 stars.
Monetary back end for scammers, refused refund withing 24 hours of purchase and have started to make excuses.
Website has incorrect information they no longer accept the UK so do not operate worldwide apparently due to brexit they only allow EU merchants
After 20 years in the industry, you would bet this company would have common ground with the big players. That's what they do!
Pass your way if you try to disrupt, they will just scam you. They have bigger interest into keeping a status quo.
Playing time, answering mail after a week (and couple of reminder messages), they will do anything in their small power to get you out of the game.

Cancelled my contract after 8 years of doing business. They have single handedly shut down my studio. These incompetent losers deserve whatever comes to then. I shouldn't have to wait this long for a payout. It's obvious you've decided not to pay me. Look me up and figure out who you're ripping off. It requires actually doing something, but I highly recommend it.
I wrote to Verotel in January 2024 to report a transaction issue. I never heard back from them. That led me to suspect it might well be part of a scam, a facade of a website. As they say in documentaries: the production invited so-and-so to participate, but they declined. #avoid
Do not pay any money if you see verotel as the payment security provider. I paid money through a website that had this 'yoursafe partner' and I got a notification about someone trying to log in to my account shortly afterward. Luckily they didn't get in and my security is pretty solid, but a word of warning. If you happen to see this in the site, do not trust the site or the payment provider.
As a merchant I have a very bad issue with verotel (cardbilling) and with their support. The communication with them is very unusefull and difficult. The support does not give correct explanation and then once without any details they just suspended my site and do not want to pay my money.
If someone is courious I can give more details, but they business behaviour is rught. Absolutelly a not recommended payment provider.

This is probably the most frustrating, most BS service I've ever tried during my at least 15 years on the internet. They don't answer when you seek costumer support through the email. Their Inquiry cannot be found for some reason. Every time i try to make a purchase my credit card gets declined for no freaking reason. Contacted both the Seller and my bank several times and NEITHER have a issue on their side. From the looks of it, it only works for customers in the US which is utterly stupid and ridiculous, unless they refuse to agree to EU's recent laws from 2019 that went into effect this year? Yeah then that's a even more reason to stay away.
This is the worst company I have ever worked with, trying to send money to its crazy. So they where taking monthly payments out for a membership I paid for than just stopped, I was kicked off the sit. So I tried to pay, it wouldn't go through, than I've tried emailing no response, calling lol what a joke, u get an answering service which they say someone will contact u in 24 hours lol, 2 weeks later 4 phone calls in, no phone call. So I finally get a response by email saying oh sorry nothing we can do u where flagged by our fraud department. Umm really why, call again left another email and nothing AVOID THEM AT ALL COST
