Wonderful products. Quality made. Super fast service!

The order process on-line was very simple. I had no problems with placing the order.

Product seems great, will see when I get it, but the buying experience is not great. Documentation is not readily available online, and when calling their sales reps are very unresponsive and lack proactiveness and sales interest. Ended buying online after several attempts with the sales rep.

The online ordering process was agony. I had to change my order several times and there was no quick way to adjust the quantity. Also, charging an additional 20% for shipping seems like a lot.

your product did what it stated it would do

While we paid for an outdoor delivery - which is fine - the divider was brought inside by my family and one of the panels was popping out already and couldn't be pushed back in. The entire panel eventually popped out, so not sure if it sprinkled or moisture was stuck inside the wrap, but it makes zero sense to not wrap the top of the product when you are literally delivering it out side. The divider is unusable, I have already sent in a review with no one contacting me and now I have wasted over 2K on something that is ruined because simply wrapping it completely was too hard of a task. I am a small business and my money is important to stay open and now im out a large amount of money on thing I can't even use in my play group.

Great experience with Customer Service! This is our fourth time ordering with Versare and each time, they exceed our expectations.

We’ve used their hush panel products for the last six years, and they are modern, sturdy, and easy to install. We wanted flexibility regarding our office setup, and the hush panel has allowed us to easily reconfigure our offices without needing to bring in contractors.

The shipment was unloaded by the driver, but he was not able to get the pallet through the doorway. I paid extra for that service, but the driver couldn't oblige. I loved how easy it was to put the dividers together. The only complaint is that there is a slight difference in colors on the panels. Perhaps a different dye lot.

Tracking, I have no way of tracking my order, I have no Idea when it is expected to arrive, I don't even know what state it shipped from, Texas, China, where? Was my packaged delivered to the wrong address? So many tracking concerns.

The quality and construction are absolutely outstanding. The screens from my first purchase came well packaged and undamaged. This is my second purchase and I am looking forward to the same beauty the others provide!!!

The only issue I had was finding the color that had been ordered in the past. It was not one of the choices at first and then it was added.

Our maintenance department could not assemble our order because we were missing one small part which took nearly two weeks to get...when I requested the part by name and my order number, I was advised to send a picture of the missing part....I sent a link to your instructions on your website...really!
It was a long process and delayed our ability to use the product, which is actually very nice.
