I got a fairly quick email response after the first question I asked. Then it became quite a long time before I would get a response back. Over a week for a reply back is not good customer service.

The order didn't arrive in time for my event, half of it didn't ship at all after I refused delivery for the first half I no longer needed, and now they're wanting to charge me a 20% restocking fee and the entirety of the $450 I paid in shipping, when only half of the order shipped in the first place. Just the cost in fees would have allowed me to buy a complete set of dividers from a less expensive manufacturer.

Worst company ever to deal with. Definitely do not recommend.

Great! it was a wonderful experience and the equippment arrived very quickly.

Your website advertises 2-3 days shipping. It took well over 7 and some items came scuffed and scraped.

I love the look and quality of the product I ordered, and also the promptness of the delivery!

The blocks are great! Even better than what I expected. In terms of customer service...some of the best I've had. From Sam to Alvin to Holton, each person was patient and professional. They provided significant help and it was very useful.

Was as advertised

How does this company have anything above 1 star? I paid $640 for their "noise reducing" acoustic divider panels and they have absolutely zero sound insulation. Seems like a total scam company when the 20% return fee ($128 in this case) is also considered.

I still haven't received my product and I do not receive any updates. I had to reach out to understand it was back ordered. I reached out again to get an updated status and have not received an update. AND you have my money. I did receive an email to review the product and will instead review your company..and not favorably...if you don't do something about this issue.

This is the second time we've ordered the customizable cubical panels due to needing to add more cubicals. First order was several years ago and fabric color on new matches perfectly. Can't tell new from old.

Panels are very easy to put together with one person. We had 3', 4' and 6' panels with glass above. Only complaint is a one of the posts did not slide easily into place and we had to kind of force into place. Which is find for now, but I'm fairly sure we will not be able to take off in future without damaging the posts. We tested and it was slot of the panel must be too tight as we tried multiple posts and it was the entire height of that panel. We have as end, so we don't have to take off in future.

I never got the order

I must say, that initially my order received damages during delivery, causing me not to receive the product as order, nevertheless the no hassle customer service, was impeccable. Received botched order on Friday, sent angry message (totally not necessary) on Saturday, called in to speak with customer rep on Monday, and before I knew anything, an updated reorder of my product was delivered on Wednesday. Exceeding all my expectations...I will be ordering a taller size, very soon! We will certainly be using and recommending Versar Solutions Again!!

We received damaged items and only 3 floor stands for 6 panels. I emailed them and they never got back to me.

*They ended up reaching out to me and sent us 3 to replace the damaged ones; no charge. *

My order came damaged, I emailed customer service about the damaged panel. Customer service responded promptly and in a professional manner.
They sent me a replacement panel at no extra cost and I am completely satisfied with my order from Versare. Wilson King.

The dividers are a high quality product and a very good price point. We are most happy with the product. It’s just what we needed. I think we’ll buy another set soon.
