Shipped quickly. Material was much heavier than expected, making it much better at creating a privacy screen. Also, lightweight enough that they can be moved by one person easily. Will most likely purchase additional units, soon.

Able to get exactly what was needed

My last order, one was bent upon arrival. It ended up being extra so I didn’t make a fuss. I purchased again a couple years later. Now this time no info about shipment after two weeks plus. Called to check on order they said they were unsure they would check with production department and call give me update the next day. Three days later still nothing. However, the payment had no problems rolling out. I will try again to keep trying to find out about order status.

I was hesitant to order these panels for fear they may be too flimsy for my office renovation. We have 5 employee workstations we were looking to outfit. I decided to order one and see how it fit the space first and couldn't be happier. The panel/post color combination was perfect for our space and not only gave our employees privacy but also a good sound barrier from the open space echo. When I placed the order for the last 4 panels, the shipment was quick and easy, although the post colors came in wrong. I immediately sent an email/picture to customer service and within an hour they helped to fix the problem and get new posts sent our way. Overall, it was an excellent experience, even despite the error.

I am a returning customer. We really like the cubicle walls and ordering is a breeze.

Paid for shipping plus inside delivery and upon delivery shipping company only wanted to drop at curb then after inspection of materials it was noticed that the 2 sliding partitions were damaged, so i stopped and called Versare and was instructed to accept all material and start a damage process. Had issue with delivery company by no communication from Versare. So Versare said they would resend damaged again but with different shipping company( they used the same company) and upon delivery it was damaged again so I asked for a refund at this point and was told no that they would have to charge a restocking fee for damaged material that i could not use so i agreed to have delivered again for the 3rd time. They actually used a different shipping company. Delivery showed up for the third time and was damaged again and i called Versare for directions at which they said not to accept and they would send again at this point Im done with them, this was for a project and it was delaying the project. The said they would refund the amount for materials but not for shipping. Will not use again

Arrived in perfect condition on time and is professional looking. Only downside is it’s thin.

My first time ordering your product. You should wait until I get the product and i got what I ordered. Pricing seems fine. Hard to rate the product until I get it.

The partitions are great - high quality, easy to assemble, light when you are working with them but solid when in place.

However, this entire purchase was sullied by the incompetence and incredible unprofessionalism of the provided freight delivery company. Absolutely zero communication on delivery, despite tracking showing they should have been delivered. Multiple calls from us to locate and arrange delivery went nowhere, then received a TEXT 10 minutes before they dropped the delivery on the curb. We were nowhere near the delivery location and couldn't be there for over an hour - it was supposed to be a delivery window, but again, zero communication other than a last-second text. Horrible experience will cause hesitation before we order again.

Ordering was easy. I am with a tax exempt organization and having to request tax removal is not ideal. I sent in my request when I ordered and have not received a response regarding tax credit.

One of the panels arrived damaged. The company quickly replaced it. Very nice customer service!

Everything was great with the slight possible exception of confirmation of a needed cancellation. Due to an internal mix up on our end, we duplicated an order and because of your fairly (& understandably) strict cancelation timeframe of 2 hours, we wanted to make sure we reached out to cancel the duplicate ASAP. That went fine but we did not receive confirmation of that cancellation util the next day and after 2 emails asking about it. As far as ordering on the site though, very smooth.

I thought I was placing an order for a heavier item. I'm keeping it, in my opinion it's over priced and I'm not sure if I would recommend it.

The online details were very helpful and I was able to find answers to all of my questions.

The turnaround for production is too quick compared to how long it takes to s hip. My product won't be here for another 2 weeks, but they decided to process it within 2 hours and I wasn't able to make my new changes to my product. I would highly recommend a 24-hour period.., given the long shipping time

The panels are exactly as described and were easy to open and place around our mobile cubicles. They are beautiful. The shipping packaging was OUTSTANDING! Zero damage and easy to remove from the pallet. The straps and plastic wrap secured the panel in place and allowed us to easily inspect for damage before dismissing the delivery person. Great job!
