Versed Automation provided the second most competitive quotation out of five estimates we received, but they were undoubtedly number one when it came to delivery, service, and overall experience.

Our project was particularly complicated, involving both our main house and a separate annexe, with a sophisticated range of smart home requirements. From the very beginning, the team were extremely pleasant to deal with, highly knowledgeable, professional, and clearly experienced in delivering complex installations.

Versed came highly recommended to us, and they absolutely lived up to that recommendation. They integrated our smart lighting, heating, control systems, Wi-Fi, AV, and cinema room across both properties, and the end result has been fantastic.

What we particularly appreciate is how seamlessly everything now works together through one simple app, making what was a very complex system incredibly easy for the whole family to use.

The cinema room was also completed to an excellent standard and has become a fantastic part of the home.

Exceptional service from Versed Automation – highly recommended

I recently had Versed Automation carry out a substantial amount of upgrade in my home, including AV, Wi-Fi, window treatment automation and smart lighting, and I couldn't be happier with the result.

From the very beginning, the team were professional, methodical and extremely knowledgeable. What really stood out was the way they approached the project. They didn't simply arrive, install equipment and leave — they took the time to understand exactly what we wanted to achieve and then designed and implemented the systems accordingly.

The Wi-Fi installation and optimisation has made a huge difference. Everything is now fast, reliable and consistent throughout the property, with none of the frustrating dead spots and connectivity issues we had previously experienced.

The smart lighting and automation has also transformed the way we use the house. Having properly integrated lighting scenes and control makes everything feel seamless, while the automated window treatments have added another level of comfort and convenience.

The AV side was equally impressive. Everything has been integrated properly and works together intuitively rather than having multiple complicated systems and remotes to deal with.

One of the biggest positives for me was the team's attention to detail. They were incredibly methodical, tested everything thoroughly and made sure the systems were working exactly as they should before considering the job complete.

Despite the quality of the equipment, workmanship and level of expertise involved, I was also pleasantly surprised by how competitive the pricing was. I had expected a project of this level to cost considerably more, so the value for money was excellent.

It's clear that Versed Automation genuinely knows what they're doing. They understand both the technology and, more importantly, how people actually want to use their homes.

If you're looking for a company to handle smart home automation, lighting, Wi-Fi, AV or automated blinds/window treatments, I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Versed Automation.

My experience with Versed Automation was disappointing.

I found the labour and equipment charges to be high, and I also found that some items appeared to be charged for in ways that I considered unclear or duplicative. Discounts were subsequently applied, but this did not resolve my concerns about how the original pricing was presented.

More importantly, I found a significant difference between what was described in the quotation and what was ultimately delivered. When I raised this, I was given various explanations as to why aspects of the quoted solution could not be delivered as originally described.

I would recommend carefully checking the quotation, the equipment being supplied, the labour charges and exactly what is included before proceeding.

There are other automation companies available, so I would suggest getting several quotes and comparing the proposed scope of work carefully.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! The team who came to fix my home cinema were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They arrived right on time, were friendly and professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in simple terms, and got everything up and running perfectly in no time. They even had to come twice to complete and did not charge extra for the service!

What really stood out was the care they took—not only fixing the problem but also making sure the entire setup was optimized for the best sound and picture quality. They left everything spotless, tested it thoroughly with me, and even gave a few helpful tips for maintenance. They truly went above and beyond even though the scope of the work was far more than had been originally agreed upon.

Now my home cinema is working better than ever, and movie nights are back on! I’d highly recommend them to anyone who wants knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely customer-focused service. Samuel and his team were absolutely incredible!

Great experience! My builder had installed wifi splitters when my house was remodelled but they weren’t configured properly. Ash sorted them out quickly and efficiently. (And he wasn’t put off by my crazy, barking dogs!)

Brilliant work everyone - thank you Samuel, Jermaine, Yameen and the whole team! I was apprehensive at first but Samuel was really helpful in advising and his team of professionals installed two ceiling speakers each in my bedroom, living room and kitchen along with a soundbar to boot. The installation was expertly taken care of and Samuel and his team ironed out any issues that arose. Surround sound system was excellently in my new cinema room, I needed a company that went the extra mile
