Great product customer service
I have ordered 2 sets of blinds over the last few months and am very happy with the blinds. I had one small problem with an order that was missing the hangers. I emailed them on a Sunday afternoon, as soon as they opened Monday morning I received a reply and it was was resolved the same day with no fuss.

What a great company
What a great company. I was desperate to change my slats due to my old ones being destroyed with mold. I was told to look on the web. I glad I did. I ask for a sample which arrived the next day. Then I ordered my replacement. It was not has expensive has I thought. It took 2 days from order to delivery date. Please if you need new ones try Abbey Blinds you will not be disappointed. Thank you Abbey Blinds I be using you in the future. 10/10

Excellent quality and service.
I wasn’t sure what to expect so just ordered for 2 windows to start until I saw the quality, which was excellent so ordered for my other 4 windows. They came very quickly and exactly as I had measured. I’m very pleased with the quality and speedy service. A spare slat for each window was included for a spare which was a nice touch. Thank you.

Customer service fail
Have made many orders from these guys. All have been hassle free and good quality. But.....placed an order to replace all slats at my disabled mum's house in July. Order arrived everything was great except we were 7 slats short. Have contacted them loads of times but they don't seem to want to sort it out which is a shame as have always been happy with them.

Superb quality blind slats
Superb quality blind slats delivered really quickly. The hangars are particularly good as you just slide them through the top of the slat (none of that folding the top of the slat over a plastic pin then trying to force-slide the lot through the hanger).
Really happy with my purchase and the service I received, they look great too - if you could upload piccies on TrustPilot I'd show you 😊
