Bought my first Electric car from Renault Vertu Exeter. Salesman Steve was super helpful and efficient right from my test drive through to completing handover of my Renault 5 which I am delighted with.

The only disappointment is that a week after completing my purchase the government decided to increase the grant on the model I bought from £1500 to £3,750 - if you can persuade the government to pay me back the difference I will be even more impressed

From the moment I arrived at Vertu, I was made to feel welcomed and valued. The sales person was absolutely fantastic: explaining all my options clearly and quickly understanding my driving requirements. Communication and updates were excellent as was the handover of the car. A first rate experience from start to finish. I will miss the personnel at Vertu.

The car we eventually bought was the outcome of a very comprehensive effort in considering our specific needs from start to finish. We were given plenty of guidance and opportunities to help us choose and it was very important for them to know that we had got the car we wanted.

I love my new car. Everything went well except for one little thing but I had ordered a white car but they forgot to put the order in but because of that they then gave me a a colour free of charge so I now have a grey car but I love the Dacia Sandro it’s a brilliant car and the Renault virtue garage I got it from are very good

Shannon was helpful, knowledgable, friendly and efficient. She understood our requirements well enough for us to accept her recommendation and pay a deposit on the spot instead of going to the Hyundai showroom as we had planned. Now that I have had the vehicle for a short time I am more than happy.

Glen the car salesman was great right from the very first phone call, when we viewed the car he talked us through the car perfectly which gave us great peace of mind in buying the vehicle. The collection of the car went smoothly but if I had one fault is the car valeting wasn’t what I would expect from a main dealer this is no fault of Glens. When driving home in the sunshine we noticed the interior windows were very smeared making it difficult to drive into the sun, when we arrived home I noticed the roof hadn’t been cleaned through the centre which is not great because we paid for a paint protection which leads me to think the roof was not done, we will have a wait and see if we get any problems.

Sean @ Vertu Exeter spent plenty of time explaining the cars features, on the test drive and arranging the deal / finance. He was genuinely helpful and was never rushed or pushy. It was a good shopping and buying experience.

On our entrance to the Honda Exeter showroom we were greeted by a member of staff. Ian then asked a few questions to ascertain what sort of car we had in mind. Luckily for us he then produced a car that had all the main features we wanted. We had a test drive and agreed a purchase! When we collected the car it was presented to us in a really fun way! And it looked like a new car! Things such as a full tank of fuel also made a good impression !

Eloise White was extremely helpful and informative when helping me buy a car from Vertu. She got me a great deal which in the end was £1,000 cheaper than a nearby garage with the same spec car. Any scratches were sorted and a full service was done as well as completely cleaned before picking the car up.

We dealt with Charlotte who was a pleasure to deal with and endlessly patient. We had plenty of time on handover, and never felt rushed. Comfortable spacious premises , good coffee! The car is super too!

I have had loads of cars in my life time from garages but Peugeot Exeter was great went for test drive showed me all what I needed to know my husband is disabled but he got on well with Steve Duggan and he fell in love with the car and a week on we love it thank you and they delivered it as we live 40 miles away I would recommend Exeter Peugeot
