Paul Martian assisted myself and my mam through the whole process. Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable both about the car and the Motability system. This was so important to us as we hadn’t had a Motability car before and had no idea on how it worked. Fantastic service from start to finish! My PCP contract for my existing car was due to end in a few months & I was undecided whether to upgrade / buy another new car or to try something else. However, I was already very happy with my used car & keen to explore options for buying a brand new one. The Vertu MINI Sunderland team were a great help when I went for a look around & then after discussing options & going for a test drive, it was a no-brainer going for a new MINI with them. The whole process was very smooth & I was very happy with the help, advice & service I received from the Sales Advisor, Tom Rapp & his colleagues. Thank you!

Paul was really good at keeping us up to date with the car order, he was very helpful explaining it all at the hand over of the car. He always looked after us very nicely and he always made us a coffees.
