First class experience.
I was a returning customer to Dacia Bradford after originally purchasing a car in 2024 for my wife from sales exec Kelly Newton. After obtaining quotes for a new Dacia for myself I spoke to Kelly once again who, within less than hour liaised with the Sales Manager Paul Anderson within the dealership and not only matched but beat the best price I had obtained nationally. The sale was agreed and I was given regular updates by Kelly and Paul throughout the process. I have no hesitation in recommending Kelly at the dealership who I found be pleasant, professional and polite throughout the buying process. Both Kelly and Paul are excellent ambassadors for the Vertu brand.

Friendly staff but thats where it ends for me.
The staff are friendly but the quotes for works are almost double the price compared to other garages in the area.
I was also charged £140 ivestigation fee for which head office agreed i shouldnt be charged as the car was in for a major service and mot. Reg YD71 dacia duster.
Was promised a call back by head office from the service the manager yesterday but nothing. Once my service plan is up next year ill be going elsewhere.
£405 for front discs and pads replacement!!
Also had an antenna replaced earlier in the year which doesnt 100% fit both the dealer and dacia wont replace it to an origianl standard fitting despite trying to contest this.
