Vertu Motors - Ford Durham Reviews 

Vertu Ford Durham was excellent. We have previously used another Vertu branch and weren’t impressed by the customer service so went back to Vertu Ford Durham where we had received great service. This time proved this was no exception. We were assisted by Aqib who was fantastic. Thorough, knew his stuff and made the process straightforward. He was super helpful and very responsive to queries. We felt that he listened to what we were looking for in a car and actually made recommendations based on that. We also dealt with Adam and he was very helpful too. When there were some issues with the finance documentation (not their fault but due to a glitch with the electronic system) this was resolved quickly. When we arrived to collect the new car we felt we were treated like valued customers. Aqib was patient and took the time to show us the main features, as some things had changed between the old model we had and the new one we were purchasing. All in all a great experience. Our local Vertu branch is 10 minutes from where we live but we have done a 500+ miles round trip to go to the Durham branch. That probably indicates the good experience we have had there on two occasions!

I had a great experience at Vertu Ford in Durham. I was invited to their VIP event and went along with an open mind. On arrival I was welcomed with refreshments and introduced to Stefano, the salesman who looked after me.

Stefano was extremely helpful – not at all pushy or patronising, which can sometimes be the case in car sales. He explained everything clearly, gave me a range of options, and worked hard to find the best possible deal for me. He was patient, informative, and made the whole process feel straightforward.

When the new government grant for electric cars was announced before I had signed for my car, both Stefano and the business manager were genuinely excited for me to benefit from it, which really showed they had my best interests at heart.

Overall, everything went smoothly. Communication was excellent, the service was professional, and I felt very well looked after from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Vertu Ford Durham, and especially Stefano, to anyone considering their next car.

Never ending issues with the car that I bought less than a year ago. Worst service department I have ever come across. Never call when they say they are going to call. Never get back to you, even when they have your car in with them. When you try to ring, you can never get through to anyone. Staff are unpleasant and unhelpful. Ongoing issues that are still unresolved and had to get Ford involved.

I bought a car here on the 5/9/25with help from keiran i told him what I wanted and he found me the perfect car. He answered all my questions and nothing was to much trouble, he is an absolute credit to vertu. He was polite friendly and very helpful. I will 100% be back when it's time for my next car.

Lost oil filler cap for my Ford car ordered it from Bristol St Motors Carreville Durham on the 31st July 2015 they said it would have to be ordered in ,but to my surprise they phoned within 1/2 hour of ordering they said it would be there at 8 am the next morning that's what I call service and Peter in the parts department worth a mention who was so helpful and polite. If only I could afford a new car the Bristol St motors Carreville Durham would be first call to go to.
