This is our 3rd car we've bought from Vertu in the last year... it's a family thing... my sister has also purchased hers. We ask bought from the newcastle Vertu on scotswood road. Sarah has handled all our purchases and I would highly recommend her. She takes time to talk through the finance, extras and then sat with me in the car to show exactly what the gadgets and buttons do. She is an asset to the Vertu ford group for sure. Terrible customer service
Despite numerous calls and messages confirming my appointment, I arrived at the garage to be told the car I was coming to view was sold. They made no effort to apologise for a wasted journey then seemed annoyed that i didn’t hang around to look at other cars even though they had none of the one I wanted in stock. Maybe next time, ring the customer just out of courtesy.
