I managed to reserve the car I wanted I viewed it on the day that suited me.
On arrival we was offered a drink then we was showed around the car then was allowed to take it for a test drive. Then blake talked us through all the details regarding the car and the purchase of the car and we was happy that we could take the car home we part exchanged my old car the staff were very friendly and welcoming there was a manager that also helped and very nice and professional think his name was John all in all was very happy with the service we got I will definitely recommend virtual to all my friends and family thank youv

Professional car dealer
I recently decided I needed a new car and looked in the Focus. Went between several dealers and had varying experiences. The one where you are bothering the salesman but you might be lucky enough to buy a car off them. The one where you are ignored then contacted weeks afterwards where it is a quiet week. Luckily I went to Ford Shirley where I spent fruitful hours looking at my options on both new and used cars. I was treated with respect, not sold hard but sold what I wanted, and went away knowing theirs was probably the best deal. Unsurprisingly I went back and the car is brilliant. I would like to give a shout out to Maddie, the salesperson I dealt with, very professional and pleasant to talk to and was a factor in trusting the dealership with a large chunk of my money.

Utterly useless
I have let Vertu motors, Shirley know 5 times that my late Mother has passed away who owned the car that Vertu Motors sold her. But I am continually receiving text messages and phone calls reminding me to service a car that we no longer own. I wrote a review on here about 2 weeks ago expressing my frustration about continually being contacted about MOTs and services as I'd received yet another text reminder to service the car we sold last October. Despite me informing them 5 times I was still getting hounded.The Manager David Howe saw my review and apologised in a half baked insincere message. And guess what? I've had another call from them this morning. If I get one more text or phone call I'm going to the press and Social Media. Sick of being hounded. The last time was 27th April, the day before I'd spread Mums ashes. It was upsetting. PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE!!!
