My wife and I always felt relaxed, especially the fact that the rep was well mannered, polite, and knew exactly what he was doing. Also, there was no pressure put on us at any time.

As always the service of the whole team at Wigan Vertu was brilliant especially from Tim Hamer who I've known for many years and continue to value his salesmanship. The sales rep David Brady was excellent both in his customer relations and knowledge of the car.

Sam was friendly and helpful and explained everything and wasn’t too pushy. She made the whole process far more comfortable and I’m glad she was my sales lady.

I enquired about a new Puma online and was contacted almost immediately by the Sales Manager, Stuart. I told him what I was after and within an hour he had found something for me. I was then sent a video of the vehicle by Jordan, the Salesman, who went through all of the features. I received regular updates and completed a lot of the paperwork via email before collection. Stuart and Jordan couldn’t have done more to make the whole process hassle free. I got a great deal from Vertu Ford Wigan and would highly recommend paying them a visit if you’re thinking of changing your car.

Got my Puma GEN-E from Vertu Ford in Wigan. Ryan and Stuart in branch demonstrated the vehicle really well, got me a great deal, communicated well throughout and have been great in terms of aftersales support too.

Absolutely fantastic! Jordan and Stuart couldn’t have been more helpful. They really went out of their way to find me a great deal on a brand new car, they explained everything (I have never bought brand new before!) and also calmed my nerves about transitioning from a manual to an automatic. I couldn’t recommend this dealer enough (Wigan branch) not your usual pushy sales people. Just genuinely there to make sure you get the best deal, such honest and caring people.

Harry helped me purchasing my first car and made the sale very easy & was also very patient with all the questions I had with it being my first car.
Sam also made the process of picking my car up very easy and provided great customer service.

Easy to do Business with.
Friendly staff who did pester after first visit but found a car to the spec. that we wanted. They let us know when the could have it ready with a smooth exchange on site.

Ryan and Stewart both were great, with regular updates and making sure the car was ready as soon as they could. The car was a surprise for my wife so they help make it a memorable day for us all 😊

Only noticed after getting the vehicle home a dent in the passenger door, informed the sales man Dave Brady and he sorted it out.
Sent a repair service to my address and they carried out the repair

I live in Blackpool and have been looking to change my smaller 4 year old electric MG SUV for some time and have been looking seriously at the New Ford Explorer EV after viewing many good reviews online. After having no response from my local Ford Dealer after even test driving the car there earlier in the year, I decided to look further afield for another respected Ford Dealer. I received a call back from Jordan at Vertu Ford in Wigan, who couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and answered all the questions I needed to make my purchase. I travelled over to Wigan that very weekend to place my new car order and I am now waiting for the car to be built in Ford Europe Factory in Germany to my desired specifications and couldn't be more pleased with how the transaction was done and dusted so easily especially after waiting weeks for a response from the dealer in Blackpool who just seemed to be totally uninterested .
