I just bought my first new Honda car from Sam at Vertu Derby, and the whole experience was excellent in every respect. Sam is knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, and was happy to answer my endless questions. He made me aware of add-on options without unnecessary pressure to buy things I didn't need/want, which I appreciated.
I'm highly satisfied with the car and the service I received at Vertu Derby.

I had a severe steering problem with a Civic which I had bought from a different dealer, down South. As we are in the Midlands, it was not practical to take it there for assessment, so I approached several local Honda dealers for assistance. None of them could help within a reasonable time, but Vertu Derby were EXTREMELY HELPFUL, even though they/their group had not supplied the vehicle. They really went "above and beyond" in confirming the fault, giving me a loan car (nearly new HRV) for several days and assisting me in returning the Civic to the supplying dealer, for a full refund. The Derby staff were all extremely efficient, polite and friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VERTU HONDA, DERBY!

Picked up my brand new Honda HRV today and it was such a great experience. From the very start of the choosing, selecting and ordering process and being guided by Samual, it has been completely professional. Samuel was not your usual car sales representative, there was no pressure, he listened to my requirements and needs, tailoring everything to suit my requirements, and exceeding in some areas. I have purchased many cars from many dealerships in Derby area, I have found Vertu Honda Derby, by far the best in all aspects. (Even the coffee is good) Every other employee I engaged with was polite and did everything to help through the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Dealership to anyone looking for good honest customer service and clarity.

I bought my car from them yesterday, a Honda HR-V, and Jack was great in dealing with and completing the purchase procedures that were done quickly and easily. The manager, Simon, was also great. I definitely recommend them. I will return to them in the future.

Purchased a used Civic using a P/X and cash, so over £21,000 however, absolutely shocked that the vehicle didn’t even include car mats!! Possibly they can send me back the car mats that I included in my P/X so we are even?? Absolutely ludicrous!

Vertu Honda Derby were fantastic especially Jack who looked after me from test drive to purchase. Having delt with Honda Derby in the past I know I will get first class service from them. Well done and thanks to all the Honda staff.

It's been many years since I bought a car. Sanjay was really patient, he showed me the car, explained all the features, and answered my many questions. I didn't think I would get such a good service seeing as I was buying a used car but he made the experience great. There was no hard sell of extras (just offered to me with a detailed explanation). Compare this to my visit to a local garage the day before where I was kept waiting 30 minutes then told to go look at the car by myself. Overall I'm very happy with the car and the customer service.
