Excellent Customer Service
The customer service from Vertu Honda in helping us go through the process of choosing a new car was incredible. They took us through everything step by step, being very clear and we didn't feel pressured in any way.
Beth was fantastic but all the staff were friendly and helpful.

A fair honest deal to change my Jazz hev for a newer one.
Tom the salesman at Mansfield Honda went to the trouble of sourcing me a nearly new version of my current car the Jazz Hybrid from up at Morpeth.The overall deal was very fair and the new car in top condition.

Vertu Honda Used Car Event.
We were invited by Beth to visit Honda’s Used Car Event. We made the appointment with Beth just having the intention of looking, as we’re were considering an upgrade next April 2026.
Beth was open honest and gave us no hard sell. We did some number crunching, which made our minds up that making the change earlier was more cost affective.
Beth has guided us throughout the part exchange and buying with a professionally and friendly approach. She certainly knows all there is to know to make her customers feel confident in making that decision.

first class service
What a pleasure it was from start to finish.
It was so refreshing to be given such 1st class service from a dealership.
Kevin was not only extremely professional, but was warm and more than willing to help in any way he could.
The car we initially went to view was not quite right, so an alternative was found.
We didn't feel rushed, we were given plenty of time to look at the car, and to test drive, and offered coffee's too lol
We were delighted with both the trade in and purchase offered.
Special thanks to Kevin, for all his help, it was much appreciated, he certainly is a credit to the team.
We would, without a doubt, recommended Honda Mansfied, all the staff are very friendly, and the car looked wonderful on collection.

Push sales very clean show room, our sales advisor had a great Honda product
Knowledge we were offered a good distance test drive which helped us, to settle into our chosen car. Great presentation on our collection appointment , the vehicle gleaming excellent. Paperwork as required spot on we will recommend Vertu to relatives and friends.

From the very first email enquiry I…
From the very first email enquiry I sent in I was made to feel valued. Zach and Millie both worked hard to find me a specific coloured car that matched my budget. The car they found was at a different garage but they arranged me a visit to see the car with little notice. I was unable to test drive the car but Millie made the time to take me on a test drive to make sure I would cope with an automatic. The general feel of the showroom was also relaxed and very friendly. My family were made to feel welcome.
