Excellent experience when buying a car.
I have just purchased a Honda Civic from Vertu Honda Newcastle. I must say that the quality of the service I received from first calling in to look at the car to actually buying and taking delivery of it was absolutely outstanding.
Everyone that I dealt with was extremely helpful, professional, friendly and in no way pushy at all.
The car was really well prepared on hand over day, I have been very impressed.

We came for a test drive on a used Honda and came away with a “New Honda Cossstar” All the staff were very friendly and warm towards us.
There was no pressure in buying a Honda, but our thanks goes to Natalee and Jack for all their advice and knowledge and helping us with the decision on buying our new Honda!
We have bought a few Honda cars in the past from Honda Newcastle and will be back when my wife needs an upgrade.

I recently bought a Honda CR-V from Honda Newcastle and had a great experience. Jack looked after me and even picked me up from the train station as I travelled from London.
The car was exactly as described and the test drive went perfectly. Jack answered all my questions and addressed any concerns, making the process easy and stress-free.
I drove the car from Newcastle to London with no issues at all. Overall, a first-class experience and I’d highly recommend Jack and Honda Newcastle.

My experience at Vertu Honda Newcastle was positive because Calvin looked after us very well in a friendly and professional manner. We have bought a Honda CRV from this dealership before and the service is always excellent. This time we bought a 2nd hand Mini Cooper which we are very happy with. I would definitely recommend this dealership as the staff are friendly, very helpful and professional.

Absolutely above and beyond. Although I rang enquiring about a car that had just been sold. Natalee from the sales department in Newcastle was quick on the ball she asked me some questions first about what I was looking for and my price point. And within an hour she had found my perfect car. Although she was not in the garage when I arrived the day after she had left all of the details with my requested sales person John. The rest is history what a stunning service. If you need a fantastic reliable service then Honda Newcastle is the place. I also note I have used this garage for over 20 years and continue to return. Highly recommend.

Great experience
The staff at Honda Vertu knew I had travelled a long way to pick up my car. They were very welcoming and made my experience enjoyable. The car was fully charged up for me as my journey home was over 150 miles.

I have just purchased a 10 month old Honda ZRV From
Vertu Honda Newcastle Upon Tyne. From first meeting with Dan who sold me the car to the handover by young Jack the whole experience was wonderful. What impressed me was there was no pressure what so ever. I purchased the car because I knew what I wanted, and the price was the best I had seen including searching Auto-trader nationwide for 2 weeks . I am what every business wants a happy customer. On leaving with my Honda the last words were if you need anything we're only a phone call away

Vertu Honda Newcastle were really helpful, friendly and supplied a lovely Honda Civic hybrid advance.
Vertu Honda Newcastle were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the sales team, particularly Jack, were attentive, informative and friendly. I had a minor issue with tge car which was remedied very quickly and I was given a courtesy car for a few days. The management team were busy when I collected the repaired car, so didn't receive a token eg Honda Umbrella for my inconvenience at having to return the car.
