This is the first time I have bought a used car online and Keith Stokes was a tremendous help. No waffle, no over the top sales talk, just the information I needed in a professional and caring manner. Thank you. I would also like to mention the other Keith, didn't get his second name, who delivered the car. Really nice guy and we had a good chat. The whole experience was much easier than I could have hoped for and an old codger like me is very happy.

Bought a Vauxhall grandland x needed a repair to the consol was told that they were waiting for the part never got back to me I bought the car on the condition it would be sorted I don’t think they were ever going to be honest about fixing it I would not recommend this dealership don’t trust them .

I had a bad experience, I see in the reviews that I'm not the only one, so if you want to avoid problems, avoid this unit, they delayed the delivery of my bike, with that I lost the date of the applications that I was running, I had to make a second of the overnight, paying much more, the whole process lacked transparency, I did not have adequate information, now I went to do the first inspection of the bike and there is only a vacancy for 05/07, that is, I will have to stay more than 1 month without work through their fault, since they did not inform me about this, that is, you are only interesting to them until you make the payment, after which they completely abandon.

I've always had my Honda Jazz serviced by Vertu Honda Nottingham, so when the passenger side wing mirror failed to open because of defective gears, I phoned them to arrange a repair. I was told that they would charge £126 for a diagnostic check before looking at the wing mirror, because there might be other problems! I took the car to a local garage and saved around £250.
This experience, together with one to look at a new Jazz, where the attitude seemed to be 'take it or leave it' has led to us buying an electric MG4 from Sandicliffe on the other side of the road. Much better experience.
Update - Just had a call from the manager at Vertu Honda Nottingham (day after the reply below, which is good). Very apologetic. My call about the repair had probably gone through to a central exchange who were working from a script.

Deplorable customer service!
We brought our car in over 2 months ago with inexplicable corrosion on one of the doors. They looked at it and promised to get back to us, and despite weekly phone calls to them, and promises that they'll get back to us, nothing at all has been done, and they haven't even given us the courtesy of a phone call or email to let us know what is happening.

Sales and customer service excellent I'd like to say Obi looked after us extremely well and I will give a score of 10out of 10plus thank you again Obi
