I was made to feel so comfortable with everyone inside being so friendly and welcoming. The whole process buying the car was super quick and easy, which just made the whole experience even more pleasant. Could not fault them anywhere!

Brilliant sales experience
Found a car I liked & took for a test drive, as requested. Trudie the Sales Advisor was very informative and answered any questions I had. Trudie has a very hearty laugh and made the experience relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. A hot drink was offered & supplied while completing the sale. The sale was quick & easy, with a selection of cover protection offered. Trudie contacted me via telephone to keep me updated with regards to the sale. Car was valeted & ready for collection as early as the same afternoon (earlier than originally agreed to collect the following day). Overall, very happy with the service & my new car! Thank you!

Great buying experience
The buying experience was great from start to finish. Ethan had the right balance between talking and listening to what we as customers were looking for. Daniel assisted where required and was always available as a contact in Ethan's absence.
The only hiccups in the process came from Honda rather than Vertu. The updates on their "live" updates need looking at, as they didn't reflect up to date information. On the day of collection the Honda system still didn't indicate arrival at the dealership, even though it had arrived 5 days previously.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Vertu Honda Plymouth to friends or family as they acted in a friendly yet professional manner.

Had a brilliant experience at Vertu Honda. The car looked great on the forecourt and we were left to explore it in our own time, which I really appreciated. No pressure, no hovering — just a relaxed atmosphere.
We were offered drinks, the test‑drive was spot on, and honestly the whole visit felt easy and enjoyable.
Huge shout‑out to Trudie, who was absolutely exemplary. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and clearly knows her stuff. Great attitude, great energy.
We’ll definitely be coming back to Vertu when it’s time for our next car.

Honda Plymouth - Best Experience
Popped into the Plymouth store after impulsively seeing a car I loved online and was not disappointed!
Kevin was beyond helpful, kind and genuinely had my best interests at heart, with zero pushy sales tactics! Despite sadly not being able to part ex my previous Honda, it didn’t dampen the mood in the slightest.
I came away with a new car that I picked up a matter of hours later and couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience.
I have no doubt I’ll be back when it’s ready for my next car and hoping Kevin is still there to do it all again!
