I knew which car I required. Darryl McCormick whom sold me the new car was friendly, provided all the necessary up to date comprehensive information and answered all my queries, was open to some negotiation and kept in touch via e-mail and phone
I struggled with submission of the documents on the Kia finance link. Adil, respectfully assisted me with this on the day I collected the car and the whole process on the day of collection was efficient and smooth

Great knowledge, Easy process and pleasant people

Had a car booked in at Kia Bradford, when arrived they made me sign all the documents before taking me to the courtesy car they had arranged. After walking me to the car that the agent couldnt even find, was amazed to see they were trying to palm me off with a vehicle that was not suitable, which ended up with return home with my original car and not done service.
After speaking with the service manager, received a call saying they could collect the car from my home address for the service but this would be at the end of next month. They were also supposed to have dealt with my needs on the booking of the service and if they had would not be a problem as they would have known what size vehicle i needed due to my mobility, this was not done and have tried to complain but seems no-one wants complaint your ring them up and swithboard answer who then put your through to customer support, who dont answer the phones as when your put through its a voicemail and switch board Know this, but dont care.
They also lie to customers as did with myself and my brother by giving false information prior to booking in with them.
When you turn up with your car theres no-where to park.
If buying a car i would strongly advise avoiding this company cos they only interested in the cars they sell and not interested in anything else.

I took my KIA in because there's a fault with the passenger door locking, it sometimes stays locked for days at a time. Because the door was being awkward and deciding to work properly on the day, there was nothing the technician could do. What I found pleasing was, he asked me to take a video showing all the doors working and the faulty one not working. He said he would email KIA and make them aware there was a fault, but it's almost impossible to time with an appointment. Great team 👍

I'm sitting here in the Vertu Kia Bradford showroom, listening to the best music (Aztec Camera followed by Post Malone - what's not to like) and drinking pretty decent free Mocha while I wait for my MOT having been served by what must be the nicest, most patient (I saw them with a previous obnoxious customer dealing with consistent calmness and respect), most efficient people I've ever encountered in the motor trade.

I've meant to leave a review after previous visits but kept forgetting so finally got round to it!

Bought a new Kia Picanto in Bradford. First year ok. Then the engine management light started to come on at 2400 miles. They won't do anything about it unless I pay £156 for an analysis. I was told (by the lady on the desk- who is not a mechanic) to take it on the motorway and go fast in a low gear (I am an OAP who doesn't go on motorways). It came on again and I was told the same. It has now done 3900 miles and they don't want to know. Very worrying for me. I won't buy another after having 6 Kias.
Worst service ever.
