Can’t fault anything. From the moment we met John who was so welcoming and friendly. He gave us information on the car I liked. He answered every question professionally and friendly. Very helpful and approachable. We went for a test drive with him in the car too. When we
got back we went with him in the wonderful showroom which was clean and well displayed. All the team were dressed very smart. We decided to purchase the vehicle after he talked us through everything. We were offered a deal that was acceptable to us. I was blown away by his and Pete the managers professional approach in a friendly manner. After completing and talked through the necessary paperwork we were taken to the collection area. It was such a surprise I was blown away. The vehicle was covered with a large black cloak. We were offered to stand at the front and Pete videoed on my husbands phone of the unveiling. I was emotional as it was so lovely. Then John sat in the passenger seat and went through some of the controls etc. Pete also explained some controls to me too. They couldn’t have helped anymore or explained anymore than they did in such a friendly helpful way. They said all the best and enjoy. If you have any questions at all do not hesitate to come in or contact us. My goodness what a wonderful way they treated our whole experience. Wow

I got my Jaguar I-Pace from Vertu Jaguar Exeter and I could not be happier with the service I received.
Stuart was upfront about everything with the car and even urged me to wait a few days before committing as there was a sale event coming up and he didn't want me to overpay and miss out on the £500 off and additional year of JLR warranty.
Everything was organised quickly and easily, and the car was delivered to a Vertu dealer near me quickly.
Unfortunately the car developed an issue after it left their dealership which delayed me picking up the car but they went above and beyond to get it fixed and back up to me as soon as was possible, and even paid for the temporary insurance I needed to take out on my old car as my insurance has been swapped over on the day I should have collected the I-Pace.
I genuinely think they couldn't have done more for me and if they could have done more, they would have.
The salesman Stuart and the sales manager Karl were excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again.

All the staff we met at Land Rover…
All the staff we met at Land Rover Exeter were friendly and helpful. We dealt with John Ashman who sold us our Range Rover Sport. He helped us with the text message responses etc. and showed us how to use all the different features we hadn't had on our last Sport. We are very pleased with our car and the service we received.

Both Henry Billingsley & Harrison(Harry) were professional and did there very best to conclude the transaction without applying pressure in any way. Unfortunately the sale did not proceed through no fault of theirs or any issue with the vehicle. They remained friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Kai was so helpful, experienced and couldn't do enough for us. Customer service was second to none.
