Great customer service from start to the finish of the purchase process

We went to look for a new car and entered
the showroom which was immaculate very clean and tidy.
We were welcomed by Pete who was extremely polite and knowlegable. We had a good look round and arranged a test drive and decided on the car we would like.
We were told there was a delivery wait until the end of the year which wasnt an issue.
A couple of days later Andy the manager called to say he had managed to source us one which we could pick up in a few days. BONUS.
After a couple of visits for paperwork and a few cups of tea we were able to pick up the car.
It was in the showroom under a red sheet which we pulled off to reveal our lovely new car.
And the most lovely of touches was the reg plate had my initials on which Andy had sorted.
Absolutley amazing.
The staff are all amazing and our experience made us feel very important.
Great after sale service offered which makes us feel secure of any needs we may encounter.

Josh was amazing all the way through the sale and went above and beyond to help with getting everything transferred and sorted. Would highly recommend.

Extremely poor customer service, took 9 hours to service my car even though I was advised it would be ready at a specific time I still had to wait a further 2 hours. The onsite didn’t care.

Had an awesome experience while picking out my car. The sales team also went all out to ensure that I had the best customer service.

Excellent experience and advice from the staff at Nissan Vertu Sheffield especially Andy Billcliffe and Andy Clarke. They even spent time finding a reg' plate with our initials, what a fab team! and what a superb vehicle the Nissan Qashqai 1.5 E-Power N-Connecta.

I was treated with courtesy and patience and not pressurised into making a deal but given plenty of time to consider the offer. The salesman was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had on the car and finance deal. I got a fair deal on the trade in car. Richard excelled in his knowledge of all the available options open to me. The premises was clean and tidy and the new car was immaculate, overall giving the impression of a company that cares for its customers. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was an easy straightforward process from start to finish. Everything was explained well and car delivered exactly when it was expected. No hard sell, just a pleasant experience.

Only disappointing point was when they offered a trade in on my x trail , you lose too much even though car only 3 years old . So I just exchanged my wife’s car , which I / we are happy with . Thanks Bilal a gentleman

Not the sales team, it's the mechanics my issue is with.
My Nissan Juke 2.5 years of age, had began making a really weird rattling sound. Which most people who listened to it, had said to get it checked out !!
After booking it in at Vertu Sheffield, I was told there is no fault on it, so therefore had to pay £140 for the diagnostics.
They did say, it could be the turbo noise, which is normal.
Or something under the gearbox, (we are not prepared to drop out the gearbox, a 5 hour job) to find out. This is what I was told. We have previously owned 2 other vehicles both Nissan, with built in turbo, which never made any noise similar to the noise this motor makes.
I just feel ( due to being female and knowing nothing about motors) that I am being fobbed off .

Thankyou Jay & Steve but particularly Jay for the purchase of my nearly new van. The whole process from start to finish was absolutely seamless. Jay was super attentive and answered all my questions regarding the vehicle, warranty, servicing, preping the car to handover. I hate pushy sales people and these guys are not that - just genuine, down to earth real people. Normally, a large purchase like this would properly be stressing me out, but it wasn't - just the opposite in fact. Rest assured these guys will take care of you and Jay is an absolute legend who doesn't even get commission, so no incentive to hard sell. Lovely team who went above and beyond. Thanks again Jay & co. for such fantastic service and a great deal!

Very disappointed with used car sales team ,not maintaining promises as like offering . Looking forward with ombudsman.
