We went into the showroom looking possibly to buy a used car and was shown around initially by the the business manager he introduced us to Bradley and we talk about the car we would like to look at which unfortunately wasn’t available we were shown around a similar model and went through the figures for a used car these weren’t to are liking so we look at a new car and deal was struck Bradley is a good salesman and wasn’t pushy which we liked. We order the car and picked it up on Wednesday we were talked through the car and are looking forward to using it

Couldn’t be happier with the sales team. From walking in the show room I was greeted by the staff. All smiling and happy. Offered refreshments and was seated for help. We recently bought a car from Vertu Peugeot Banbury and had such a great experience, thanks to Jack.
The service we received from Vertu was noticeably different to other showrooms we’d visited. From the start, Jack was friendly, approachable and really easy to talk to. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the cars but what we appreciated most was how honest and genuine he was. There was no pushy sales pitch at all — he just listened to what we wanted, respected our budget and worked hard to find something that genuinely suited us.
He couldn’t have been more accommodating and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. We’re so grateful for his help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jack to anyone looking to buy a car.

A standout professional sales team
I was looked after by the Peugeot sales team from the moment I stepped into the showroom.
They were very professional and managed my expectations extremely well and explained thoroughly all of the options and helped me to make my decision. They were not pushy in any way which I've experienced with other dealerships.
The whole process was quite long due to the paperwork, agreements, etc., but I felt well equipped to make the right decision especially as it is a large purchase!
