The showroom was beautifully set out, always with a happy smiling greeter by the door who offered the tastiest coffee etc.
The toilet facilities were ultra clean and had a lovely fragrance!

I was already very satisfied with this superb dealership after my initial purchase of a Yaris Hybrid and it has just passed its first MOT with flying colours!
I opted to wait in the showroom whilst the MOT was done and Jackie treated me like a VIP, bringing regular coffee and biscuits and making time for a chat too. She is the perfect person to greet and look after clients, so Thank You, Jackie !! Kira helped me with my phone connection in the car; thanks very much to you too. Dan came to chat with me (he sold the car to me 18 months ago!) and Liam also greeted me, as he always does. Toyota is a great brand and Vertu Doncaster is a super flagship for the brand. I have always dealt with Burrows since buying our car in June 2022 and every servicing has always been smooth. Booked for servicing this year with Vertu and all the jobs could not be completed in one go which I was okay with. As a result, we agreed they will pick the car up about 10 days later but they did not. I missed a call from them with a VM saying there was a mistake regarding the pick up and I should ring them back and they will sort it out. I rang, and as usual, everyone in the servicing department was busy so they will give me a call back. It's been 2 days!!!, no call back, no updates. Rang again this morning only to be told the same thing - someone will give me a ring back.

The service has become so frustrating and disappointing to say the least. I have never had to write a review about any service but this service being provided by Vertu needs to be better - so yes, I do need to take out some time to write this hoping they will improve or just bring back Burrrows.

Purchased a new car from Vertu Toyota, Liam looked after the purchase for us and the sale went very easy, I have used Burrows for the last 2 cars purchased and the change to Vertu hasn't changed the way they look after you. Many thanks for sorting everything.

My mother has just booked her Service and MOT as she does each year with Toyota Doncaster. She asked for her car to be collected from her home as she did last year, which cost her £10 extra. This year she was told it would be £60… yes you read that right SIXTY POUNDS!!
How?? Please explain why you are asking for 6 times as much this year.
She’s an octogenarian on a pension but you are making this untenable. She’s been a customer for over 20 years and this is just a big slap in her face. I look forward to your reply.
