Busy showroom last Saturday, but a young trainee came immediately to make us welcome and quickly found someone (Ben Clay) for us to talk to about the car we were looking for.
I hate buying cars and I am not keen on salespeople. Ben got the balance of providing information with leaving me to look and find out for myself exactly right. Having identified the most suitable car, Ben arranged for us to take it for a drive by ourselves, which was excellent. Bought the car on the day and picked it up yesterday.
Don't know the name of the trainee (Saturday job?) who assisted, but he should also be commended.

Took my old car in and asked about an exchange. Good advice from Lewis to go for a pre registered model. Smooth process throughout. Lewis was very informative and helpful throughout. Staff are always friendly. I have used this branch of Vertu for several years. Toyota are great cars, always reliable and service is good.

Great service and attention to detail, nothing was too much trouble, and I am really enjoying my new car.

I want to thank Toyota Loughborough for a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Toyota was very helpful, kind and understanding of my car needs. They gave excellent customer service, if I had a question they always rang me back, and answered my questions perfectly. They even went out of there way, and loan me a vehicle for the Christmas period whilst I waited for my new car. And put fuel in it too. And they even drove me home, I am so grateful to them, I cannot fault Toyota at all. Ben and Lewis were fantastic, they were so helpful, and made it a very pleasant experience. Vertu Toyota Loughborough staff have been brilliant everytime we have visited.
We have had our previous car serviced there for the last 3 years and because of the excellent customer service received, they were our first choice garage to purchase our new car.
Liam was great, very knowledgeable about the cars, spent time explaining our options and just helpful all round.
We were kept informed about every step, nothing was too much trouble.

A very positive buying experience from start to finish. It’s a very long time since I’ve had to think about getting a new vehicle but Lewis was with us every step of the way. We purchased a lovely Toyota Aygo X and although it is 3 years old, we were treated as if we were buying brand new. Lovely touches like the official unveiling and handover before I drove it away. I recently purchased my first car—a Toyota Yaris Excel from Vertu Motors —and the entire experience was genuinely excellent. Hannah was the person who helped me throughout, and she made the process so smooth and stress-free.

I test-drove two different cars, and Hannah was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful the entire time. She explained everything clearly, never rushed me, and made sure I understood all the details. I really appreciated how comfortable she made me feel, especially as this was my first time buying a car.

I reserved the car I liked and came back about two weeks later to collect it. Even then, Hannah was just as supportive and thorough, guiding me through the final steps with the same level of care.

Overall, my experience with Vertu Motors has been great, and I’m really happy with my car. Huge thanks to Hannah for all her help—highly recommended!

The staff and the Toyota product. Joel Bembridge was highly recommended by our son and daughter in law. He was really attentive, and helpful in explaining to us the various options we could chose to purchase a used Toyota. I was also helped by Chris Shaw on Joel's day off. The purchase procedure was very quick and a good deal of it was conducted online. I collected my 22 reg Yaris Hybrid last Friday 7th November. My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with my new car. In addition I had a courtesy call from Chris, yesterday late afternoon, just to check everything was ok.
